Haven't been to WDW since they installed the Skyliner Gondola system.

The reason I like the Friendship boats is because they are slow -- I find them relaxing.
Oh, the gondolas are really nice. What I like about them as opposed to the boat is that if you catch them at non-peak times, you don't have to wait for them. Whereas you always have to wait for the boat. My bad knee very much appreciated this last trip. You can also see a good bit on the gondolas.

Provided you don't roast inside them in the heat -- but we won't bring up that hot button topic! :p (Apparently, they've somehow worked through that issue, as I don't recall recently, anyway, complaints about that.)

I would never buy a home in a very hot climate with a second floor. Even with the central AC running , the second floor will not be as comfortable as the first floor of the house. For the ones in the country who have basements that is a cooler place to be minus the dampness.
I understand you viewpoint since you live in Florida, but my parents live in Wisconsin. Aa house with a basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor is common in Wisconsin.

I understand the heat with the 2nd floor since that is the floor I grew up having my own bedroom on, but what happened yesterday was not normal circumstances for my parents.

The circumstances I am talked about is a company doing work on my parents house and found unexpected stuff. All I am willing to say is parts of the house had wood replace and sunny light went in as a result and the heat for that matter.

Before you mention central air, that is a no go in the front room in the 2nd floor. Its due to the design of the 2nd floor. There was no vent in the 2nd floor front room and that meant air conditioner in window. The thing is the air conditioner couldn't be put in yesterday.

I don't think I've ever had Muscato. (Doesn't sound familiar to me.)

Iā€™m no wine connoisseur, by any means, but, I do know that many wines from that variety of grape are, generally, sweeter. Iā€™ve had them before at the wineries weā€™ve visited here in Central Texas, and I had the two checked below on our January Ruidoso, NM tripā€¦good stuffā€¦!!!!! :hungry::)

All newer 2-story average-sized (and even most older average-sized 2-story homes down here) have both upper floor and lower floor HVAC zones. Of course, hot air always rises, but, the 2 zones pretty much cancel it out.

Yea, that is one of the crazy things down here.
We have so many clients these days that want super modern homes with almost flat, flat-looking, or completely flat roofs, and we have to figure out innovative ways to run the HVAC/mechanical where it needs to go. No steep roof pitches with ample attic space or basements for mechanical needs in those cases.
To say the least, it gets really fun to maintain the architectural integrity of the client-desired design aesthetic, and address those all-so-important real world needs along with it. Somehow, we always seem to figure it out, but, in those cases, it ainā€™t no cake walkā€¦!!! ;):)
