The more the interactions go.. the more I understand the frustrations of the other agency bosses.
I'm still sending my CV and applying everywhere but seriously. It seems that most of these jobs are posted online as a formality (because they never seen to be viewed or reviewed).

How the heck did I miss those?! Just looked back at that post now, and WOW -- what a spread!!!!!(Doesn't help that I was looking at all that delicious food at 5:25 AM -- now I have the hungry horrors, and nothing in my kitchen even comes close to any of the dishes you all had!)

I feel your pain via my kid. With 12 hours notice all their passwords were changed and reduced to 3 with access. Kid not one. Her work depends on access to data as a data science engineer. She spoke to her colleague and mentor today that had the new passwords. Asked who she needed to shift her specific responsibilities to that require a password. She made her #4 and said she would deal with them once she had access. More diverse then the others with passwords. New CEO.Work Drama:

I have no idea why he has to be this difficult on everything.
Why you ask me to create a private convo for then you to say "we are in a private convo already.. right?". Then when quoting his own text and instructions, he says he's lost and I should rephrase.
It's like trying to explain something to a baby that is angry and refuses to listen and tries to blame everything on everyone.
Worse when there is a task that is entirely dependent on third person.. and the boss is demanding a timetable under the excuse of "everything needs a date".
The irony?
The task was assigned to this third person by my boss himself! And this third person has not provided any date at all yet!
