I saw a groundhog several months ago. That guy was huge , walked right by me and he looked like a little monster.

@Mr Ferret 88 , per Lilofan's experience above -- I'd be curious to know the hierarchy in nature, regarding groundhogs, in comparison to ferrets and raccoons. Who's the baddest? Figured you would know.

From what I've read this morning, Punxutawney Phil should make his winter weather revelation around 7:20 EST. I'm sure all the major networks and online services will cover it "live" as it's such a major event, right @Figgy1 ?!

I believe the morning shows on the major networks cover it. I asked my dh to bring a few fun toys home from work and he said that isn't allowed

You stuck in the ice storm warnings? Good luck today, it'll be interesting. Rememeber groundhog kabobs can be done on the grill if power goes out

No warnings here yet which is strange because all the forecasters are calling for at least a quarter inch of ice. As for groundhog recipes I have an entire cookbook full of them many can be made on the grill, smoker or camp stove
