Apparently there are rumours that Cedar Parks are going to be bought by Sea World?
I read about it. I wouldn't be shocked if the offer will be refused. I'm surprised Sea World is doing this because I thought they were struggling. At the same time, I don't know if Cedar Parks was hurting due to the pandemic.

I understand why Sea World is doing this as a way for trying to survive Universal and Disney. This does not affect the area I live in though. Southeastern Wisconsin is closer to Six Flags than Cedar Parks. I remembered during my high school years, the school I went to gave students with great grades free tickets to Six Flags Great America.

The only feasible parks I could see Sea Would interested in would be the ones in California and Texas. A majority being seasonal parks, it would be hard to equate Sea World with what could be at them.

Yup. Companies make noise about buying other companies all the time. I'd be seriously shocked if SeaWorld bought Cedar Parks.
Many are for sale... at the right price. When Comcast tried to do a hostile bid takeover of TWDC in 2004 for $54B , the Disney Board said the offer was too low and rejected the bid. If Cedar Rapids was bought out, expect " restructuring " to happen with a number of staff being laid off. No job is safe when mergers and acquisitions happen.
