My dad made Cheese Pierogi when I was growing up. He was taught by his grandma. The only thing with my dad is some stuff is with baking with him over baking some stuff and some of his experiments don't turn out well. My dad can be a great baker, but don't ask him to make cookies. He is known to over bake cookies.

I made pierogi's a couple weeks ago. The hardest part was guessing how much stuff went into each one without breaking the dough,

I know, and Indeed a wonderful story...!!!!!
I miss all of it, as I just choose not to watch the news anymore.
Not that it depresses me, it just bores me.
Again, just mostly the same ol’ “World goin’ to hell in a flamin’ handbasket, film at 11...!!!” :hilarious: blah, blah, blah, rinse and repeat.
No problem at all that you do, of course, but, fishing is probably the most boring thing I’ve ever seen on TV (sorry pop :cautious:;), and do any of those shows even still exist...?! :cyclops:), and I’d rather watch that than any news report/show...there’s nothin’ I can do to change it anyway, as it’s already happened...I know, so pragmatic of me, yet again...!!!!! :D:hilarious:;)

To each his own. (P.S.: Not to worry, I'll take care of the world for you! :joyfull: )

In the Parks
No
I’m impressed your Dad didn’t balk.
He's always been relaxed about me being in WDW by myself. Even when my brother and I were first going around the parks by ourselves, my mom was the nervous one. He was fine with it. Then the trip when I was 18 with a friend was his idea.

The most nervous he got was the California trip; he was a mess. When I went to South Carolina with my grandma, he felt better hat she wasn't alone. I've flown back and forth to Orlando and Hawaii now. He's pretty good about it.

This trip he actually said he expected I'd extend it and stay longer, and he offered for my brother to stay with me. My brother said no, but it's kind of funny that he even was okay with that.

Please send some good thoughts to T. The pitching mound is moved back 6 feet next year.. so, he’ll be throwing that distance in tryouts this weekend.

I haven’t had much (any prior to today) time to work with him, and unfortunately his trainer has been out of town for two weeks, with T out of town prior to that.

We practiced a little bit this morning, T had a few great pitches, and a quite a few bad ones. Getting over the plate isn’t the problem.. BUT, if a batter would have been there I’m really hoping that he would have had fast reflexes. 😬. I don’t know why but with the extra distance he’s somehow pitching inside more often than not., inside and shoulder to head height, fast and hard. Hopefully he can straighten it out. I may ask on Facebook if anyone has a high school pitcher who would work with him tonight or tomorrow morning.

Sounds like a perfect and relaxing day for you! Those temps are too cold for me, I’m dreading Fall.
I am right there with you.
