Senior housing (apts), the less you have the better your chance of acquiring one. The only thing that I would lose at this point by having a bad credit record is that I wouldn't be able to buy something impulsively in my senile years. (or more senile then I am already)Only one thing that bothers me about this statement... didn't you say you were going to have to look for a new place soon? Almost everyone pulls a credit report these days for housing.
Hey -I like heat as much as the next person. But these cool nights we’ve had the past two have been wonderful esp for walking after dinner.Well you can take that back woman!
Then they should go bankrupt!@BuddyThomas and @MySmallWorldof4 , I heard on our local news tonight that the settlement money is running out on Equifax, due to the fact that they've been overwhelmed with claims for the $125??!!! The report said that people might not even get the $125, but instead a lower amount! (Haven't a clue what the timeline was for this -- if earlier submitted claims get the full payout, or if they just waited to see how many claims came in before distributing the money.) Apparently, the FTC suggests that people opt for the 4-year, free credit monitoring service instead. (Some people feel there is a gamble with those services as well, though.) What a mess this whole thing is.

I loved Ice Station Cool as well, especially on those hot days.Indeed, I don’t get it either.
Even if the novelty has worn off (mostly due to the interwebs, probably), it’s still a classic, and a classic that I happen to actually LOVE...!!!!!!!
ETA...
We remember when it was “Ice Station Cool” way back when...!!!!!

Enjoy your stay at my old stomping grounds. Kylie will love it. They have a dog park. Rent a golf cart. The usual, just a few nights. Probably drive up & stay off site on Saturday the 24th, then our first stay at Ft Wilderness Cabins (with the pup) Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. Home on Wednesday early because Brian has to work that day.
Yay on B’s eyes! I agree on the hot dogs. He’s great. The good eye has recovered, the promotion was appreciated.
Most likely no round 2.
My brother is taking his kids from NJ in early November, so we may go up for a resort visit.
I have to be disciplined and save my points for the first cruise maybe Fall 2020.
I can’t stand hot dogs. But the veggie ones at Casey’s after park close are really good!
If it makes you feel any better, I have it, too. Just realize that it may not catch everything. If something strange shows up in your mail, don't dismiss it. Look up "real" phone numbers, and check it out.Are you kidding??? Did you call them? We are paying about $60 a month for it. Should I just cancel it and use one of the free ones that was offered to me because of breeches?
It seems to be more of a cover scam, then actually renting a place. I did run into an article about people connecting on the dark webs. They "rent" the place, change their mind, have the money returned to a different account, and the person with the property gets a cut, too. Air BnB knows about it, and hasn't done anything to curtail it. The real horror stories, are the people who have an account in one country, and the "rented" property is in another. Apparently, the bank will usually get rid of the charge, but the person who had their number stolen, may still have to cover the exchange rate.Did they even found who was using that AIRBNB account?
A good detective should have had it easy to track these people. I mean, air BNB is for renting places! (imagine a detective opening the door to those scammers in the rented house lol )
Pretty soon we will all need to change banks every couple of months and credit card numbers as well. There has to be a better way.It seems to be more of a cover scam, then actually renting a place. Do just dislike hotdogs or is it a no red meat thing?
They have a dog park.

Has it been compromised that much?My Discover card has to be changed out almost once a year.

I dislike hot dogs. I used to eat hamburgers for breakfast! I cut back on most meat as a health precaution, but indulge at WDW.
Hot dogs don’t even taste like meat to me - hot balogna mush - ack.
Now, the Italian hot dogs - with so much heavy, crispy bread, fried potatoes, onions such that you barely know there is a hot dog in there, those I can handle if I must.
Picture me, circa age 8, hot dog on my dinner plate, forcing every bite, gross gross gross. Everyone else left the table an hour ago. I got the bright idea to say the dog (outside) needed water, and gave her the last bite of hot dog with it.
When I came back inside, there was another whole hot dog on my plate. It was a long night.
Ooh, didn’t know that!!
