Two classes that I wanted filled over the weekend, so I had to figure out classes to replace them. Which is why I'm now stuck with an 8 am I didn't want.

Next semester, I'll have junior standing, so I'll get to register pretty early and should get into more classes that I'd want. Including the two that I did not get into this semester.

Do you stalk to see if anyone drops? My DD was the bestest stalker and got into almost every class she couldn't initially.

Gotta tell you, for about $15 (I think that's the going rate now), it's a fabulous behind-the-scenes tour, and I always feel I'm really learning something--that's what Epcot is all about, and every pavilion was that way.

Feeding the fish is a fun little frenzy, but I think my favorite part is just walking around the giant greenhouse, with the delightful sunshine coming through all the big windows. There's something about being around all those different kinds of plants that's very relaxing, too. Love it there.

I make a puff pastry filled with sauteed spinach, lemon, parmesan cheese. Its delicious. The other ingredients hide the flavor of the spinach.

I have made spinach with bacon along with a sweet sour dressing. It too hides the spinach. I will however eat a light bit of spinach on my deep dish pizza.

My daughter and I love Gilmore Girls. One of my best friends does as well and she never watched the final episode so the show never ended for her. At least that is her reasoning.

Oh and it is such a good episode. Season seven was pretty icky till the last few episodes when they finally righted the ship. I loved the last one. My DD and I were completely addicted to that show and we have all the seasons on DVD. DD took them to college.

Whatever the heck happened, it happened without warning and very quickly. I was stunned to see it unfold, and I'm not talking just a little pushing and shoving match here. With such a large group of men throwing punches, I really thought someone was going to get badly injured. Watched Brad in an interview immediately after that, and he was spitting out blood. I was really turned off by all the people involved, and I do hope that NASCAR hits all of them with some hefty fines. I don't watch racing to see this kind of boorish, unsportsmanlike behavior. Sorry for the rant.

Agreed.
But, sometimes (being one myself) boys like to fight each other. Adrenaline. Doesn't make it right, and they should be given appropriate punishment.
Reminded me of your typical pitcher-hits-batter bench-clearing baseball brawl, actually.

As far as I am concerned, a meal for that price should come with a hooker! Seriously, $49.00 for a steak? Never was there a piece of beef ever processed that would be worth that much money.

Oh!! Can I tell you how much I LOVE The Land??!!! I've also taken the Behind the Seeds Tour multiple times over the years. It's one of my most favorite places in all of WDW.

I only wish they'd bring back the "live" narrators on the boat ride. I thought that having a cast member at the head of each boat, sharing commentary throughout the ride, made it even more special.

I have always loved The Land ride. I too miss the a guide. This April was the worst ever of vegetation growing. I use to all sorts of odd tomatoes, Mickey Pumpkins, this year there was next to nothing in there with fruit or veggies popp'n. Guess we hit it at the wrong time.

There is absolutely nothing about that description that would indicate anything except "Gross". There are many things that you can judge without actually trying it. Griddled Greek Cheese with honey and pistachio is probably at the head of that list.

I can't even stand the smell of it. It is annoying when they bring it to a table and light it and that smell waffles around the hole area of the restaurant.

People generally don't drop when there's only one or two sections, which is what there is in this case. I went on a waitlist for a class last spring semester when I initially didn't get in, but in this case both classes have full waitlists. I like going to a small school many times (especially when I park less than 20 feet from the building) but others times, it's a pain.

When If was growing up I'd watch Hockey with my Dad and they were always making the ice red.

They really need to have 1 or 2 "adults only" showings every day. I'd Fastpass that for sure.
