In case of anyone lost as to the meaning of that sentence, I have what I think is a couple of solid definitions for a few words. I don't know if it will help, but, we can try...

Sub is a sandwich on an oblong bun.
Quinoa I think is Bat Pooh!
Millet is a redneck haircut that is business up front and party in the back.

I know that knowing those meanings get you nowhere closer to understanding that sentence, but, it does make it at least comical to read.
Everyone have a nice day! 😉😛😛😎
Up until a few years ago I thought millet was something that only cockatiels ate.

Thank you all is well here but we did spend over an hour downstairs. Nothing like back to back tornado warnings to wake a person up, we got the all clear then not even 5 minutes later another went off. Needless to say nothing seemed to come of it and the original version of the Time Machine was better

Glad to hear nothin' came of it...!!! :)

I've not seen the 2002 movie version of "The Time Machine" all the way through, but, the 1960 version, with Rod Taylor, Alan Young (Wilbur Post from the TV show "Mister Ed"), and Yvette Mimieux, is a classic that I've seen several times...!!! :)

Those movies keep them all young in my eyes forever. I forgot Nicholas Cage was in Fast Times. I associate him so much with the National Treasure movies. Love those.

Hahaaa...!!!
Love the National Treasure movies, as well...!!! :)
Cage had a bit part as one of Brad Hamilton's (Judge Reinhold) buddies. I'm not sure if he even had any lines...

Also, Eric Stoltz (57) and Anthony Edwards (56) were Jeff Spicoli's "Stoner Buds" in the movie...!!!!! :hilarious:

Actually, they didn't do it to "fix" the hub, they did it so the night time projections shows and fireworks were visible to all that wanted to see it and to make more room for more people to get a little closer to those shows. I have trees at home, I don't have a castle with projected shows on it. There might have been a time when one could go there and sit under a shade tree and just relax. Those days are gone because the longer you sit the more you miss and I for one am not going to spend $100.00+ a day to sit under a shade tree. I have a bunch of free public parks at home to do that in. I guess it goes without saying that the looks of the hub has vastly improved in my observation. Others mileage may vary! The point I am trying to make is that all of WDW is a stage. As attractive as the old setup was, it was like trying to watch a play with the curtains mostly closed. I know, I got stuck behind those trees more then once and basically saw nothing.
They did redesign the physical hub for both designated viewing areas and to allow for specific sidewalk paths for walking only during performance times. It only works until the shows start and then the guests fill in the walking paths too even though it is prohibited. The CMs originally attempted to keep those specific paths clear but it was a loosing battle. Just a sea of humans.

Cannot believe these men are almost 60. I loved Eric Stoltz in Some Kind of Wonderful.

It always was that and we can't expect a few small unarmed girls to be able to control that crowd. So it just ended up being, like I said, a spacious viewing area for the projections and fireworks. Perfection isn't a realistic expectation even in a Magical place. Fortunately, they have the exit from the East side of Main Street and the ability to walk from the hub to the exit through the cool air conditioned store.

I don’t eat it super often, but, I have yet to meet tofu that I didn’t like how it was prepared...!!!!! :hungry:

As far as the cholesterol goes, mine usually runs about 220-ish, but, no doc I’ve ever had has been too concerned because, even though the total is above 200, my good cholesterol number is always much higher than my bad cholesterol number.
Back when I was 35 and decided to lose a bunch of weight by eating better and exercising, I had my doc call me at my office after some bloodwork...had never had that happen before, so I was convinced he would be asking me to come to his office to deliver some not-so-good news.
Turns out he just wanted to congratulate me on all my great (even my cholesterol was an all-time low of 123) blood work numbers...!!!!! :hilarious:
I actually heard of similar stuff before with it being from my mom. My mom at times after her appendix surgery had high cholesterol, but the doctors never were concerned with her due to her good cholesterol. The other thing with my mom is she should not be allowed to lose weight due to her BMI. The most my mom weight was around 125 pounds.

My mom's good cholesterol number always is much higher than her bad cholesterol. What happened to mom's cholesterol she could not eat like she did before she had her appendix taken out back when she was 40 years old, but she still had more good cholesterol than bad cholesterol.

My mom digestive system stopped handling oatmeal properly after she had her appendix taken out. Oatmeal was one of her favorite foods. She actually had low cholesterol back when she used to eat oatmeal.

I don't know if that was caused by the surgery or the fact she did have cryptosporidium. I am not a doctor. She got cryptosporidium while recovering from her surgery. She got cryptosporidium because the city's Water Purification Plant was contaminated.
