We love the baby nifflers. We have a little Lego baby niffler that was in those little HarryPotter Lego blind bags at Target. I figured out the line I didn’t get the first few times. There is just one thing dh and I are confused about and I will put a spoiler for those that haven’t seen it.

when Leta has flashbacks and sees Corvis in the blanket and falling in the ocean. How could she have gotten that angle of the baby? I don’t think it was her that went after the baby. It looked like the mother of Credence. Now if Credence is magical wouldn’t his mom have been magical and have been able to save the drowning baby? Of course this is assuming that she had a wand. Still trying to figure out if Credence is Aurelius Dumbledore, or if that is a lie.

So I bought our Disney tickets from Undercover Tourist the other day at the old park prices. Still ridiculously expensive. But I just realized that our fast pass choosing day is March 22 and I have 2 classes booked between 7 and 8 am. Isn’t 7 am the start of the ability to book fp’s? I may have to have dh do it and he never has! I may need to have training sessions.

I thought I would share what I’ve been working on during my snow days. It’s a criss-stitch project. I got the kit for Christmas a couple Christmases ago and I’m finally working on it. I need good light for it so I usually only work on it when I have good light. I’m probably about half done I have about four more hoop moves around the sides of the main picture. So it is a little slow but I’m pleased with how it is turning out.

Is that a warning that we will spend too much on souvenirs?
Another movie spoiler coming. Do not open unless you have seen Crimes of Grindelwald.
Do you not think Corvis died? The baby in the family tree I thought meant he had died.

I have the most boring taste in jeans, mid rise slight boot cut with the slightest amount of stretch. If my favorite ones get discontinued I'm going to have to start making my own.
Jeans shopping was an exercise in frustration! Why do they need to make it so confusing? Super skinny, skinny, boyfriend fit, ankle grazers, real straight, straight, boot flare, boot cut and these are just the ones I remember.

Care to share with the class where his ice cream shop is? We like to get ice cream now and then when we have a day out.
Both his businesses are in Amsterdam, it's a lovely neighbourhood to explore. Around the corner from the ice cream parlour is his cafe the Coffee Room that has delicious coffee, sandwiches and cakes etc. Again all organic and freshly made. My brother bakes most of the cakes himself as he has a real passion for it.

That's very beautiful, I've done a bit of cross stitch so I know how much time and effort goes into it. Well done you!

A refund is wonderful! More Disney spending money.:D

Yep, it will go right in the vacation fund!

Thank you! It has been fun and frustrating sometimes to work on. When this is finished I might start an Epcot one next with logos for all the Future World pavilions. I only have a photo of that though so I will have to make my own pattern.

Oh goodness! I would have been freaking out.
I’ll take a hurricane over a tornado any day!!
Well, you don't really have time to freak out, I guess? Like....you see it, and you just go into a sort of autopilot. For us, we lived in the trailer section, so we had no basement, so we had to go to a friend's house. The town was tiny, so you could get to someone's house in just a minute or two. If we saw funnels, or the sirens went off, mom would call a friend, we'd grab the dog and put him on a leash, and get in the car, and go. The friends, having been called, waited at the door to let us in and then we turned the radio on so we could hear if there were touch downs and where, how many funnels had been spotted, etc. And the one in Chicago, we never actually saw it...we just thought it was a REALLY heavy rain. It wasn't until it was over and we were in the car and had the radio on that we heard it was a tornado. Otherwise, we'd never have been walking around outside. But it must not have been right over us or there would have been a lot of destruction...we were in the heart of the city with all the skyscrapers, so we couldn't see anything anyway, once we came down out of the tower. But just like in any emergency, your adrenaline flows and you do what you need to do. It's not until after it's over that you really have time to process and freak out.
