Whoa!😏 I totally forgot about the Super Bowl!:eek: I think this year is the most disinterested I've ever been. The Rams got there with the help of 2 referees who froze instead of throwing the much deserved flag......and the Patriots have been in the Super Bowl numerous times.
Does anyone else feel a lack of excitement for this upcoming event?

I don't follow the NFL this year, but I think posters on this forum that live in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and California could be interest in the Super Bowl due to Swan and Dolphin's Champions Package.

I am referring to a package that is found on the Swan and Dolphin Website under special offers.

I did a little happy dance tonight... my lost outdoor kitty came home. In the freezing temps I was afraid he was a goner. =(

His name is Buddy, he is a feral kitty who just decided to follow us on our walk one day... very lovey.... and he's been walking with us for 2.5 years now. If I didn't have two indoor cats that would disown me, I would totally let him in permanently.

Last night, just before 8pm everyone's lights flickered. Not long enough to turn off TVs, but long enough that the lights went full dark. This happened across central ohio, on different power stations, on different grids, but all at the exact same time.

People who were out driving report seeing a bright flash in the sky and then a blue haze on the horizon at the time the lights all flickered.

With all the extra drain on the power (due to the extreme cold), maybe some transformers blew? (Might explain flashes and brief resulting haze.)

I hate football so never watch any of this.

However, I LOVE the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet!! I watch it every year! :happy: 🐶

I did. They are so cute. May have spent a little too much on my oldest, but I couldn’t resist. It was when going to Disney was cheaper anyway. She still has it and the younger 2 will wear it now.

It took sil 5 hours to drive the normal 3.5 hours to our house yesterday for dh’s bday today. We sort of had a mini blizzard here in central PA. Ended up with about 3 inches. He was surprised though, so that was really nice. Sadly his other sil couldn’t nake it because one of her kids had play practice. Never heard of a public school having play practice on a weekend. Oh and he predicts that the weird huys in black suits will announce the groundhog saw his shadow because the sun was out and cast a shadow. He hates sharing his birthday with a groundhog.
