Does the Netherlands do Halloween?
Starting to...a bit more each year. Last year, DD's best friend's parents organized trick-or-treating in the neighborhood, this year they asked if DD and DS want to go with them. But for the most part, no. Last year was the first year I ever got trick-or-treaters and that was only like....15 kids because I signed up that kids could come trick-or-treat at our house. There are a few stores that sell halloween themed gummy candy and a few simple decorations, but not many people decorate.

Purty and it gets good reviews:joyfull:
My MIL is going to help us make it. I got 3 meters of material and I'm hoping there will be enough left over to at least make a skirt for me. I have plenty of black shirts I can wear with it. Of course, if we have enough for a whole dress, even better, but top priority is the dress for DD. She has a dress we got at Primark that's similar in cut and it looks amazing on her...it's a very nice style for her, which is why we chose this pattern.

The dress calls for 1.6 to 2 meters of fabric depending on how wide it is so you should be able to get some type of skirt out of the rest depending on how wide it is. Hope that makes sense
