I'm going to have time to watch a movie tomorrow with luck. I made some a large batch of beans and greens and a carrot cake so between that and other leftovers I may not have to cook I also got the other top done today along with a bunch of not fun chores also a nice walk and some time with Adrienne

We did!! Yesterday we got to the park around 11:15: met Tinkerbell, caught the Move It Shake It dance party, met the stepsisters, meet Cinderella and Elana, ate at Friar Nooks, met Ariel, took the clamshell ride twice, rode Dumbo, met Donald and Goofy, met Minnie and Daisy, ride barnstormer, then took the moving park bench to the front of the park, then went the hotel for pool time and French fries. It was a busy day and even the adults were in bed by 8:25 pm

Oh this is such a HAPPY picture of the both of you--on one of my all-time favorite, classic rides!! You both deserve a fun vacation and I'm so pleased to see that you're having a great time!!

Today Donna is asking me if u know of anyone who is in Disney at the moment as she really wanted a Halloween resort mug.

I get a call from work. Someone had been in and dropped off some Disney bits for me.
So I went and got them. They were from a customer who I had chatted with and had just got back from a trip.
He had brought me back a few treats to say thanks for all the info I had given him.
There were a couple of packets of marshmallow treats and a resort Halloween mug ....
Cue one happy Donna.

Nice how that worked out for you! If there hadn’t been anyone who had already been there, I would have offered to pick up something. I’ve already picked up some guide maps for another member of this forum.

Yep. That one! The best. And we stay on Ontario also most of the time generally at one of the two Hilton’s. So many places to eat, zoo and pier nearby by cheap Uber. Also heavily patrolled by on foot officers and on horseback. Love it.

We stay at the fairfield inn and suites right there. Then walk a couple streets over to Gino's East for the best pizza in Chi-town!

I made a note of these mugs in my trip report. They are driving guests nuts trying to find them as only a few dozen are put out and loads of standard guest mugs. Round two of being given resort mugs at a different resort we got em. So many discussions on social media.

Me, this is what happens when Disney rarely changes the print on the mug unlike previous practices.

Does anybody know what happened to the sword? I mean don't get me wrong, it was funny telling A to pull the sword out when there wasn't one, but I'd honestly thought it was just one statue. I didn't think the sword actually came out!

It does. There is a show that runs throughout the day and at some point, a guest pulls it from the stone. My guess...it wasn't replaced.

Couldn't see a date or anything on that video. Just wondering how recently (or not) that took place. Again, just an observation of mine (and I only go once a year to WDW), I just haven't seen the sword show in many years.
