With her first pay from her first ever job, my daughter bought me (and herself) a Carvel SundaeView attachment 302388
What a nice daughter! And I like the savings/spending percentage, too. So many lessons learned from a part-time job for teens, as it will definitely help prepare them for adult responsibilities. Kudos to her, and kudos to her dad!

Never could understand the hoopla over Matthew--he does nothing for me. I agree with you about Stamos--very handsome!!

Judging from the number of typo's I would have to say... no not seriously. But, anything is possible. Having shared a house with two teen girls I would have to say that the second to the last is shear fantasy.

Sure, but Stamos must be nearing social security time. I admit he appears to be stuck in a time warp, but, eventually gravity will take its toll. He'll be 55 on Monday if anyone cares to send him a birthday gift, like an AARP membership.Never could understand the hoopla over Matthew--he does nothing for me. I agree with you about Stamos--very handsome!!

What to do, what to do . . . this weekend, MA is having a state sales tax-free weekend. Spent a few hours this morning on store web sites, looking at all the cool stuff that I don't need--but want . . . 
No sales tax is to save the residents some money, but if I buy a ton of cool stuff (even with no sales tax), I might be spending a whole boatload of money this weekend. If it wasn't no sales tax weekend, I wouldn't be buying anything.
Gotta rethink my weekend wish list again . . .

Actually, @ajrwdwgirl took some really nice photos of him (2 years ago?) at one of the D23 conventions (out in California). If anything, he's getting better with age!!!

Actually it was just announced on our news station yesterday that he will be at the Minnesota State Fair this year performing with The Beach Boys. Now I’m tempted to head to the fair to see him. Hubs was encouraging me to go but he only wants to go for all the fair food.
