In other news, it seems I cannot win.

Asthma's been bad all weekend. I've been on four hour nebulizer treatments and oral steroids, plus an antiobiotic.

Today, we had a repairman come in for our broken microwave. He was wearing a lot of cologne. My mom sent me out the front door and away from where he was, but when I got home, I could still smell it several hours later. We even aired out the kitchen. Neb not working, debating whether to go to the ER.

Oh, how I love having asthma. :banghead:

Sympathy "like".

And hopefully, not too crowded. Will camp (if you call motor home camping) the entire trip. Used to tent camp, but getting too old for that o_O

My neighbors had a beautiful, large motor home and the sides popped out to make it even a bit larger. The raced cars on weekends so it was their weekend home. They didn't seem to suffer in there.

Tents. Have not done that in 35 years and not likely I am going to be doing it again. Didn't like it then and only did it a handful of times. I learned I really hated it on a 2 week canoe trip down the very beautiful, peaceful Wisconsin River.

Have you consulted with Walt about this? He's a cold weather dog, you know. He might not like it if you force him to live in a hot climate. ;)

I'd just say 'Want to go for a ride in the car? ' and he'd run right up the ramp and it would be too late for a protest by the time he figured it out. Maybe if I let him play in the Golf he'd get over it?

On our walks he is walking farther in on the parkways just to walk in the areas where there is snow verses mush some are calling green grass.

I'm glad I can sew too. My great-grandmother taught me to hand sew and machine sew on a treadle machine. I still sew...make all our draperies because most store bought drapes are too generic looking.

I'm impressed. The only drapes in my home I did not make are in my DS room. He hated them. They are navy which is fine but he hated the fact that the sun came through them in the afternoon and messed with his sleeping in or napping.

Yowza!
119 confirmed cases of measles in Quebec. Not a single one of the patients had been vaccinated.
The origins of the epidemic ... Disneyland!

Words escape me.
Oh wait - no, they don't.

So I'm at work and I go into the nurses break room and I see a box of doughnuts. Now I'm not really a doughnut person and I'm trying to watch what I eat so, consequently I eat two. Now I feel really guilty.

Donuts....mmmmm....I hear they are good for you. I love cider ones rolled in cinnamon sugar. And because they are made of cider they are good for you. :hungry:

Went to the doctor. I've got a sinus infection, bronchitis, and a viral throat infection. Which I can't feel because I apparently don't have very many nerves in my throat since I have no tonsils. Apparently I should feel like I'm swallowing glass because of how bad it looks, but only feel it a little now that he pointed it out to me. So...no school tomorrow; I can go back Thursday as long as I'm not feverish or severely asthmatic.

Lovely stuff.

Oh my. Another sympathy "like".

In the Parks
No
Stuff that I accomplished today:
-Got out of bed
-Showered
-Cleaned a litter box
-Did some dishes
-Watched Beauty and the Beast
-Watched Ever After
-Watched Big Bang Theory
-Did about an hour of studying
-Finished a nomination acceptance for an Honors Society
-Pet, cuddled, and loved the cat.

One more day, and then spring break. My one professor, who is extremely strict about attendance, told me not to come in tomorrow if I still don't feel well. Can't sing because of the throat infection. Might just go in for Spanish tomorrow and let that be it. Especially if I do like I've done the past few nights and wake up for nebulizer treatments overnight. Seriously, I just want to be done with the asthma and sleep for 12-14 hours straight.
