Royal Caribbean seemed more reasonable. They even had a suite that slept 8. I just don't get why you cannot book for more than 5 on cruise web sites even if you ask more multiple rooms. I am looking at 2020.
Most sites capacity are in terms of adults + children. Example, rooms that accommodate 5, are for 2 adults and 3 children. If you add 3 adults, it will not allow you save a few expanded rooms.. The Oasis class for example, only has like 20 "expanded" rooms in each category to handle more than 2 adults. And they sell fast.

(Thats what my coworker who has been in the cruise industry for 20+ years told me)
