well, If we go to the story from the start. Id say oswald was the first.

but everyone wanted to forget about him because of him being snatched away from Walt.

Actually, Oct. 16th, 1923 is considered the start of the Disney company, when Walt signed a contract with Margaret Winkler to produce the Alice Comedies. It was originally The Disney Brothers Studio.
She married Charles Mintz in 1924, and he assumed control over Winkler Pictures, and was the one who would eventually weasel Oswald from Walt. :)

The Hub thread got cleaned up last night - another Newbie with two whole posts, thinking he runs the site.
Anyway, I lost a whole whack of likes when they deleted:

When does "Lighten up, Francis" not work? Especially with trolls.

Hahaaa...!
Good ol' Sgt. Hulka (Warren Oates).
One of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite silly movies! :)

Went to the doctor. I've got a sinus infection, bronchitis, and a viral throat infection. Which I can't feel because I apparently don't have very many nerves in my throat since I have no tonsils. Apparently I should feel like I'm swallowing glass because of how bad it looks, but only feel it a little now that he pointed it out to me. So...no school tomorrow; I can go back Thursday as long as I'm not feverish or severely asthmatic.

Lovely stuff.

I hope wherever you land for a career you are not around so many people. You need a few years to rebuild your immune system.

Hey I wanted to ask you are feeling @donaldtoo. The other day I was spouting off medical advice instead of showing my concern for you. I'm sorry for my inconsideration.

No worries! The only thing I thought of was how you were showing concern by taking the time to give the medical advice. I never considered anything otherwise, you silly goose, you! ;) :)
And, thanks for askin', I'm doin' much better. Almost back to 100%...!
Thanks again, for the concern and advice. :)

Actually, I am much better than I was in high school, and considering there are 4x the amount of students in college than in high school...yeah. I get sinus infections fairly regularly, but that's why I use a rinse. I just recognize that I inherited my dad's bad sinuses and take care of them. Throat infections...I don't have tonsils; I can't even tell that I have one other than that there's a dull ache in my throat that I didn't notice until my doctor said something upon looking at my throat. I haven't had one in two years. Given that my mother doesn't have a job other than substitute teaching and gets sick even more easily than I do, I think avoiding people altogether would be counterproductive. I also still have severe allergic reactions. My immune system overreacts, not under-reacts.

It's just been a bad school year illness-wise. Flu vaccine was ineffective, so that's been going around. I had a professor cancel class because he had it. I think the cold weather (it's usually in the 50s and 60s this time of year, not snowing) has not been helping. I know another girl who had mono, my one friend had bronchitis, my brother who rarely gets sick had bronchitis last semester, there's just a lot going around. Last spring semester, I had one stomach virus and that was it. The semester before that, other than the usual colds (which are a part of life), I wasn't out at all.

This is highly unusual. Regardless, I'm not going to let germs stop me from working on a career I enjoy (preferably with Disney, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it). If I had an immunodeficiency disorder (which I don't; we didn't think I did, but my doctor double checked when he had my blood work done), maybe things would be different. But ya gotta live your life in spite of the rain.

In winter, I use flannel sheets. They aren't crispy, though, so I don't know if you'd like them. ;) :)
Like Goldilocks...

Flannel Sheets = comparable to sleeping in velcro!

Satin (Satan) Sheets = tried those once and kept sliding out of bed. It's supposed to bring couples closer, but, apparently only if you both slide off the same side of the bed.

Regular Cotton Sheets = Perfection
