The Hub thread got cleaned up last night - another Newbie with two whole posts, thinking he runs the site.Well, mods have sanitized my posts a few times.. so if someone missed the posts before they were deleted.. they will think we're nuts
Anyway, I lost a whole whack of likes when they deleted:

(Lost 10 cents alone since oil prices tanked early this year. Just made our Florida condo purchase a whole lot more expensive.

You might still be OK. FL real estate prices are still pretty depressed in most markets.You take that back.

I just love s h a g carpeting. It's really comfy and it give the floor this great textured look. But you're absolutely right they can be high maintenance and s h a g rakes are a must.

Yeah, Hubby just went to a TD economic conference, and the speaker said there's only about 18-24 months before the Florida window of opportunity closes.
Problem is, all of our closings have been delayed, and the cash flow is now backed up by about 4-6 months.
Maybe they missed the movie?? That would be a shame - it's a classic!

I blame this on my mother.
Apparently when she was pregnant with me, all she could stomach was pizza. She said if she had to cook it, she didn't want to eat it, and basically all she could look at was pizza.
Hence, she created a monster.
