They taste great but take fore-planning. You can't be like,... I really want a slice of that cake,.... and then eat it. It has to thaw for like, four hours. We get the meringue pies a bit, and we never think of them in time to actually eat them the night we want them, LOL.

One time we sat there with a knife trying to chisel pieces off of it but that didn't really work out well, either :hilarious::hilarious:
Hang on.. you need to defrost for hours?
Make sense.

My two cents....if the Princess is in need of a nap but doesn't want too...the Haunted Mansion was my go to for little ones. Dark and motion, then I'd put the sleeping kid in the stroller and just walk around an hour or find a more isolated corner to rest my own feet. Other attractions that made them fall asleep was the People Mover, the Train, Pirates...all longer and slow motion. Sadly Energy and Great Movie Ride are gone, those were good power nap places. Space Ship Earth if tired put them to sleep. At Animal Kingdom back and forth on the Conservation Train worked too.

So excited for you.
I honestly do not think the Pirates is a good ride. You get a drop and canonshot sounds.
People Mover is a must. I think Its a Small world helps too.

Well guess who still has most of their Christmas Shopping to finish? Guess who tried to ship their Amazon order to the
Wilderness Lodge late last night?

Tootles time for a bit of power shopping!
Best part is these hotels allow for packages to be delivered to you with no much of a fuss.

I tried shipping to many convention hotels and some were a nightmare to deal with (lots of verification, papers, etc..)

We likely won't be hitting any of those. Unless she wants to rope drop on our last day. We both wake up early normally so I thought if she wanted to do more rides we could leave my husband at the hotel to sleep and go to MK from 7-9 and still be back in time for breakfast :) My hubby normally wakes up around 8:30 so this trip is going to be a little rough on him. He might end up being the one napping in the stroller :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

I think he meant specifically for napping children :hilarious:
Okay, cause if we meant in general...we'd have a problem here.

Carosel of Progress is a good one for napping children. And napping adults. That one lulls you to sleep.

Space Mountain over near the Speedway was an area where my parents used to let us nap in our strollers as well. One would sit with us while the other would go off and do stuff nearby.

And let's see, in Epcot, the American Adventure film is 45 minutes long, good napping film, and the France film is a good 20 minutes long and has nice pretty music, so that one is good. Hall of Presidents in MK woll put you to sleep out of sheer boredom. Seas with Nemo is also good. Let the kid sleep while you loom at fish, and it's dark...

I'm a chronic migraine sufferer, I know the spots.

Thankfully, I have more troubles with them at home than on vacation, and my doctor put me on a medication that I take daily and has been REALLY helping, so maybe eventually I won't need to scout out my break areas.

The Space Mountain area is really a hidden gem. Along the side of the arcade, there's a path with benches. Not a lot of coming and going, and there's just the racecars going by. It's an ideal spot for plopping a kid in a stroller for a nap. Bonus if you plan a Space Mountain fp at the same time and do rider switch and get multiple rides out of it.

AK I would just plan on doing a trail and pushing your child around in the stroller during their nap. The trails are pretty quiet. My parents did that with us.

DHS is the tricky one. Muppet Courtyard tends to be the quietest spot in that park. Again, you can alternate, maybe someone wants to do Star Tours while your child takes a nap.

My friend has constant migraines and they put her on a botox regimen. It helped her a great deal. Now sometimes she'll get headaches but she says they're the normal kind. Plus, free botox :hilarious::hilarious: (seriously though she says it's really painful but worth it)

That Space Mountain area sounds like a good spot for us to sit and catch our breath a bit if our evening in MK gets a little overwhelming. We have ressies for the dessert party at Tomorrowland Terrace so that's pretty close by! Neither my husband nor I are big fans of huge crowds, so that's the thing I am most anxious about.

My kids watched Arthur Christmas twice yesterday. They had never seen it prior to yesterday. Thanks @MOXOMUMD for putting up the schedule.:) They have also watched Nightmare Before Christmas quite a few times since last week and the 2 younger ones love singing "What's This?"
You're welcome. I've been watching it all pretty much. The Disney decorating show was cool!

You have to do People Mover. It is a must for us. One of my kids favorite rides from birth practically. (Not kidding either).

I'm on an anti seziure medication, which is odd, but it works. My doctor put me on it after a six day migraine. They're much better now.

They are excellent at crowd control. These parks are big. They're built to handle crowds. Your main issue is going to be wait times. I wouldn't worry too much about getting caught in crowds. It may happen after fireworks or during the parade, but during the day, you'll be fine. And even so, Disney knows how to manage the crowds. For instance, if Main Street has too many people, they'll open the bypass for those trying to leave. And there will be areas of the park more crowded than others, so if you're feeling like there's too many people, move on.

FYI, New Fatasyland at night...empty.

We just don't have a whole lot of time. The way I figure it is that if we don't try to fit everything in this trip, we might not get completely overwhelmed, so we'll have good memories from the park and decide to come back again later. For longer.

Peoplemover (or Blue ride as it is know to us) is a quickie. And it gives you a nice view of Tomorrowland. It is definitely a must do.

Thank you sir. You were an inspiration.
