Part 9!!!
After returning from our trip, we decided to do something else after eating.
So we went to see a "halloween" style scare show at the local cementery. All related to old legends and scary mexican histories.
Things didnt go well as I got my first scare in the unusual way. I almost fainted when I tough that I had lost my ticket! D:
But after searching all my pockets found it.
The trail was so so..
The first scares were good and original but it dragged on and became repetitive.
Actors were so so, some good some bad, and so did the special effects.
Photos of some of the actors:

So in general it was ok. Not that scary at the end. (even if my sister was pretty much destroying my hand with her screaming pinches lol)
After that, we went back and went to bed for our last day.
We decided to use wake up early so we could get a meal then immediately get to a quick tour of the town of Pachuca on a tour bus. (BAD IDEA, Ill explain later). So we could get a quick snoop before we had to take our bus back to Mexico city and then directly to the airport for our flight.
We had our buffet then we waited. I had packed my entire camera gear just in case (another bad idea). Then went to take the bus.. turns out the first bus already took off and we had to wait a few hours for the next one.
So we bought tickets and went to the Museo de Mineria.
The Museum started with a nice video explaining the history of mining in detail. Then we moved to see the rocks, ores and other formations that they seen in the mountain range of Pachuca and its mining areas.
A lot of these rocks were gorgeous and very interesting.
They also had diagrams, imitations and older equipment related to mining all divided into rooms which were separated by date.
From the ancient native mining, to the modern US and Canadian mining systems.
After we were done, we ran back to get to the tour. Which was finally filling and ready to go.
The Tour took a bit to get going but then we got moved.
Now, my complains.. The bus was GOING TOO FAST on the important areas and GOING TOO SLOW because of traffic.
So since the bus has a "fixed" timeline that they cant go farter.. we lost minutes in dumb traffic.. thus not allowing us to see the important stuff better.
We visited:
- Oldests churches in town.
- Some monuments.
- Old palaces.
- Some viewing points.

And the oldest church which is tiny and now repaired on most of its fascents. Still retaining its very old original tower topper.

After visiting the town areas, we moved towards the road high in the mountains. To get to the famous "Cristo" monument. Which is a monument very similar to the famous Brazil's Cristo Redentor.
Now this ****es me off, because of traffic and other stuff.. they said we only had 10 minutes to view everything. not even 15 is the minimum to see all this area.. since its SO BIG and you can get up to the Cristo using stairs.
By the time I managed to take a few photos, they were hurrying to pick us up.. infact I was barely containing my anger when the f***** driver was claxoning us and already trying to drive without us.
I barely could take photos, I could NOT take photos of various angles or views I wanted.
And turns out, we were only 7 goddarn minutes on top before they were moving us away.
Should have hired a private tour, a few pesos more expensive but all the time of the world.
The statue:

The area is pretty big, id say its the size of a soccer stadium not counting the parking lot.
Lots of stairs as well.
And 2 supporting buildings.
There are also some camping and picnic areas nearby.

And a video taken not by me.
After this, it was time to pack bags.
We returned to the hotel, packed our bags and we went our way to the Terminal.
Our bus took quite a bit as there was a lot of traffic.
The good thing is, this bus took you straight to the airport terminal.
So it was easy to check out and get inside the airport.
We ate some food inside before boarding and returning home.
The flight was uneventful.
Aaand the end!!
