is it sad I didn't even know what that was? Anything with the word horror or zombies in the description - not for me.

Yep, similar here. Definitely not into slasher/horror flicks. Spooky is fine, though. I think I saw all the slasher/horror movies that came out around 1980. Never had a single nightmare, just got bored with the same carp over and over again, plus, I've really just never been into gore. Just.....why...? :cyclops:
I saw the original Friday the 13th in the theater, and I think the last one I saw was Terror Train.

Amy Chang and Lisa Mills were brilliant musicians in their mid to upper 20s. They became friends easily as they both performed regularly with the San Francisco Symphony. Amy (age 25) plays the harp and Lisa (age 27) is a cellist. The SF Symphony had a 8PM performance scheduled for a Sat. night in October. The musicians contractually had to be there by 7:30PM.
Amy and Lisa decided to stop at a Dance Club prior to their 7:30PM obligation. The problem is they had their harp and cello with them and the neighborhood was kind of sketchy. They got the Club's owner Samuel H. Clamb to agree to keep their instruments in the dance club's storage. That problem being taken care of...the girls danced...they ate mozzarella sticks.....they danced some more....they ate chicken wings....etc. etc. So...all this takes place and Lisa starts looking at her phone a lot. Amy asks: "What's up?" Lisa points out that "time is ticking and we better get going soon." Long story short....Amy doesn't want to go just yet but eventually agrees to go to the ladies room and meet Lisa out front. Lisa gets her cello and goes to the car and pulls up in front of Clamb's Dance Club."Come On!! Come On!!!" Lisa calls Amy: "We're gonna get fired! We have to go NOW!
Amy is still another 2 minutes and then she flies out the dance club's entrance and gets in Lisa's car. Lisa floors it and heads to the parking garage for the San Francisco Symphonic Hall. Lisa pulls in to her spot at 7:37PM (oh dear...already 7 minutes late) and they go to the trunk to get their instruments.
Oh no! Lisa had her cello ...but.. the only thing Amy had ....was..... a look of panic!!:arghh:

Me too. I need a vacation to rest up from the last vacation!

Hahaaa...!!!!! :hilarious: ;) :)
Speaking of vacations, we cancelled our Key West trip for this coming December. We actually cancelled it way before we even knew a certain storm would tear up the whole place, 'cause a 7-day Carnival cruise was actually much less expensive. Plus, DWifey and I have never been on a cruise before...!!! ;)
Heck, the last time we were on a vacation that lasted a week was back in June of '13 for our family WDW trip. The only other ones we took were to Port Aransas for a coupla' days, and the Princess 5K back in Feb. of last year.
Not complaining, but, that was one whirlwind trip...we flew in on a Wednesday night, did the 5K between a coupla' Park days, and flew out on Saturday afternoon. I'm pretty sure that doesn't koala-fy :hilarious: as a real vacation...?!
Maybe, just a break...?! o_O

How's was everyone's day?

I'm so excited to see the new Thor movie tomorrow! :joyfull::p

Today I made some brownies and I put Oreos in them. (I know that sounds disgusting but it is so good!) I also made a separate batch that were plain. I tried having one with Nutella on it and it was good!

I think I will watch a movie tonight with my cousin. She is coming over, but the question is what movie???

Any suggestions???????
