I can empathize. I deep cleaned the bathroom last weekend. Deep cleaning like that is something I do only a few times a year. The tiles in the bathtub area were glistening!! :inlove:

So . . . what does hubs decide to do last night? :cautious: He decides to give the dog a bath! :banghead: He hadn't given Jack a bath for weeks, and he decides last night to do this?!

Now, Jack doesn't like getting a bath to begin with, and when he does get one, it's WAR up there in the bathroom, between him and hubs -- and they both create a huge mess, not to mention, make a ton of noise. Water is all over the wet floors, black dog hair in tub, tile walls, and on the towels (yes, hubs uses OUR clean, fluffy towels to dry the DOG . . . Heaven forbid, he uses the older towels that I keep only as a backup, in the linen closet.)

Hahaaa...!!! :hilarious:
Video would be awesome, but, I actually really don't need it...I can vividly picture the mayhem in my minds eye...!!!!! :joyfull: ;)

And she looks bored out of her wits. Like come'on humans. Lock me up in a teeny tiny room 'cause I'm in labor?

Someone needs to take the poor gal out for a walk, maybe she'd have the calf already.
There's a pasture right outside. They've taken her out several times. I've also seen trainers in there working with her. It's more that they need to keep her separated from the other giraffes because they can become aggressive towards a new calf, especially the males. She's given birth before, and the last time, she was at a different facility. She's actually got more room this time.

Also, I have been following this for way too long at this point to know all of this.

Well, I spoke with my aunt today, and unless work stops me, it looks like I'm going to Charleston while my parents are in Hawaii. My aunt got a place on the beach that sleeps 10, and she's got a van, so she can drive everyone. So basically, I'll pay for my flight, food, and possibly parking at the airport for just the weekend, although I might ask one of my uncles (or my aunt who lives here) if he (or she) can take us and then pick me up when I come home. We shall see.

I'm excited; didn't think I was getting a trip to the beach in again this year.

Silly woman, she saw the photo of my paczki's on your screen and wants some too! Give her some and she might get down.
Now that she's feeling better after being sick yesterday, she's been excessively demanding. She hasn't wanted to play; she just wants to be petted and to cuddle. Which was nice because I went up to my room and just laid in bed watching Netflix for several hours, and she was pressed up against me. This morning, I swear she was telling me, "Thank you, I feel much better now!"

My Disney VHS collection has reached 100 movies, including a bootleg Song of the South. Not sure if that's something to be proud of, but I am

Nothing to be ashamed of, IMHO.
It was a good movie. It was how the country was at one time, it's the history of our country...the good, the bad, and the ugly. The shame is that you pretty much can't view it anywhere anymore. I watched the whole movie on YouTube a few years ago again. It's all blocked now. PC gone awry, yet again.
People, ALL people, really need to get a grip.

I may have mentioned this before. I love my mom but she can't cook. She's even manages to screw up hamburger helper, Guess that hamburger didn't help her:facepalm:

My Gran taught me to cook (Dads Mom) The more I think about it the more I believe the old lady thought Dear Lord someone has to teach the girl to cook 'cause her mother certainly can't cook.

And if possible every year my Moms cooking gets worse and worse.
