I would say it was painless, but that would not be the truth. There were times when it was painful despite my scalp being numbed because all it really is is having a needle inject your plasma into the scalp over and over again. To me the worst part was getting my blood drawn because I broke into a sweat and felt dizzy resulting in the ammonia snap. If you have a thing against needles, then you may not like it. After the procedure was over, my head looked like bloody murder because of all the injections.
I dont think I will have that issue then. After being in hospitals for years thank to my cancer when I was young, multiple surgeries and my implant installation. I'm pretty much used to needles.

But I do spy some green grass, I wish we had some grass.

For whatever reason all of the grass around here is still green even with as cold as it has been. I am guessing it 'cause it was warm then lots of snow 3 weeks in a row and it just got frozen in place. Even my Dead Palm trees outside wilted are still greenish. Weird winter so far...lots to go, may still turn army chaki.

Schools are closed here too. Horrible freezing rain! I slid from the garage all the way to the barn and was afraid I wouldn't make it back uphill to get to the house. We even lost power for a couple hours...

Sorry.

The ice is a pain here too. Still slipping here too. Now with the river spilling and the heavy rains last night we might be in for stupid over the late nights and mornings. Blah! The ground is like a rock and the heavy rains, water is just sitting even on top of the grass and is ponding everywhere. The ducks on the other hand are having a blast. We even have seen a couple southern fowl on the river fishing with the wingspan of about 5 feet. I'll have to go look for the picture tomorrow.

I'm back at home as of Sunday and the weather has been pretty stable in the 70s and 80s F.

Yesterday I had a PRP procedure performed on my scalp to prevent hair loss. I almost fainted when my blood was being drawn, but didn't because I had ammonia waved in my face. I'm fine but my head hurts a little bit.
Sympathy like for both the pain and needing it so young. When are you heading back north?
