I agree, the Empress Lily was so quaint and wonderful looking. The new boat looks like a big box of concrete.

It's snowing, have I mentioned how much I hate snow? At least one of the kids will get picked up right after dinner

We have snow too. And it's really cold. Below zero tonight. That's enough winter for me!

Had my first interview today. It went well, and the company seemed very good (extremely transparent, which I liked), but it sounds like it's going to be more than 40 hours a week, and at this point, I don't want any more than 40 hours per week. If I get the second interview, I'll follow through, but if I don't, no harm, no foul. I have three other interviews, plus another interview offer. Since I'm not paying off student loans and my parents are fine with me living at home as long as I need to (so long as I'm doing something with my time and not just sitting on the couch all day every day), I'd rather find a job that's a good fit instead of rushing and then ending up in a job that's not a good fit.

We shall see.

So I sell Insurance at AAA in a Florida office - I now have a love/hate relationship with my cashier/sales rep.......

Yep 4- 4 day FL passes were just purchased. We are going home!!

Finally have an appointment with the surgeon on Thursday. It hasn't gotten any worse, but, it hasn't gotten any better, either. Darn annoying. Hopefully he can figure out what the heck is goin' on...

I hope it goes well at the surgeon's office. Prayers for tomorrow...

Not to get myself in trouble here, but where I live in FL we are complaining about a forecast low of 35 Friday AM. Of course its 70 and sunny right now.....

We are still snowing here. As crazy as the weather has been, we are going to be near 50 on Saturday. Then back to the snow bucket on Monday. I hope you got all your cooking finished yesterday. I'm making a meatloaf with sweet potato's, I do a savory sweet potato, they are sauteed in olive oil, and sweet peppers, and onion. I love that combo. Meat loaf, not so much it was hubby's request.

Hawaii got 2 feet. We had our first snowfall the other day, only a dusting but enough to makes the roads a mess, like people forget how to drive in the snow.

I'm making spaghetti tonight because it's her favorite. She had a nightmare last night about having to go to a new school and was in tears this morning. She's having a really rough couple of weeks.

I'm so sorry, it hurts when you see your kids hurting. My sympathy.
