My brother would snoop not just with his own presents but with mine. He wanted to know what I was getting and he would say "I know what mom got you for Christmas, but I'm not going to tell you!" I remember hiding my present for my mom one year because my brother always snooped and would tell her what it was. But I hid it so well that I couldn't find it. I had a breakdown at Christmas when the present I got her was missing. I found it in June the next year.

In the last few years I had to write down where I hid the Easter eggs that I hid for hubby and my niece. One year ee couldn't find one and then in late June I was cleaning and there was a Easter egg. It hadn't cracked so at least it didn't smell, if it had cracked though we would have found it a lot sooner.

You have to be the only person I have ever heard of that hides real eggs. I'm 68 years old and I have never known it to be anything but candy (jelly beans) or plastic eggs, interesting. :)

When I was a kid we decorated the hard boiled eggs and then mom (aka the easter bunny) hid them. Only the 4-H Easter egg hunt for the public used plastic or candy eggs.

Funny, I remember nothin' but the dyed, hard boiled, Easter Eggs that we made the night before at the dinner table, and that mom and dad hid in the back yard the next morning.
We woke up to our baskets full of candy and stuff, emptied them out and then we hunted the eggs. We then peeled and ate a couple for breakfast. We usually had to wait 'til later in the day for some of the candy.
Even just this past Easter, my 12-year younger sis came into town with her family to stay at my folks house and we continued the tradition with the two youngest grandchildren...!!!!! :joyfull: :)

I just finished heavily editing two group papers. One was only eight pages, but was about subsidizing solar energy panels, so it was very in depth. The other was 12 pages. Although both of these groups have generally good group members, it amazes me how people get to this point in their college career and still have no clue how to write. *sigh*

That may be my last group project rant ever!

In other news, I have four job interviews this week. One for every day the rest of this week. They're all within a 20 minute drive from home, so that's even closer than my commute to school. Hopefully one of them is a good fit.

Best of luck with your four interviews. I'll bet you'll nail those, and everyone will want you--and that you will want all the positions. It would be nice to receive multiple job offers, so that you can pick from a variety. :)

Prayers and pixie dust that you get your pick of jobs. I'm sure any company would be lucky to have you work for them. xoxo

It's a cooking day. Mango and apple chutneys, an eggplant dish, 2 types hummus, lentils with mushrooms and greens, tomato, cucumber and onion salad, veggie curry and naan. On top of that James needs an "ugly sweater" for the dance this weekend and my walking group is going out today. Something tells me I'm going to sleep well tonight.
