Love this, we haven't started our Christmas shopping yet. We are still waiting for lists from the kids......they were due Thanksgiving day...we turned ours over, but nothing...so far. I'm thinking of a lump of coal, along with the other gifts, or maybe gag gifts...wait coal is a gag gift!

I'm having a love hate relationship with this month's free design from my sewing machine company. Every month I get a free embroidery design to download and a suggested project. They can be hit or miss as everybody has different tastes. I make sure to download and file them away just in case I have a need for them. Any way the one month that I really like both the embroidery design and suggested project it seems to be taking it's sweet time going up! Yesterday I could see the embroidery design but couldn't download it until today and today I can see the project but not the directions. I'm pretty sure how it's supposed to be done but I want to make sure. If it needs what I think it does I have almost everything on hand to make it. I have to go grocery shopping in the direction of the fabric store this weekend and would like to stop there tomorrow. Anyhoo I'm hoping everything is up in time for me to get out ASAP.Rant over

I know kids picks and shovels for labor day....I see I can take this into Christmas. Turkey things for thanksgiving, and pies....this is going to be my fun year! The tree is in the living room. It's on my dining table, and only 5 ft. tall. We had a 7 1/2 ft tall tree last year. It was too heavy for hubby to bring it up from the basement. Much smaller tree, but way more fun.
I can't remember if I posted this or not so I'm posting it again. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. :)
