So, what did I have for my last dinner before starting the world's most ridiculously strict diet tomorrow?
Tomato soup and a toasted, buttered bagel.

Buh-bye starch, fat, and dairy. See you in May ... at the earliest.

Le Cellier and Chefs du France looked way too similar to each other :(
and extremely expensive. (59 USD for a small steak? nope nope)
Chefs de France is my favorite restaurant on property. Doesn't have to be that expensive, either. Two appetizers and a dessert can satisfy if you're on a budget. The $26 chicken on the menu is also superb. I highly recommend Chefs.

I don't like Biergarten either. I don't like German food, and my parents thought it was disgusting. I don't care for Chinese food either. I went to Yak and Yeti and ordered a burger. We are going to Nine Dragons this week. Not sure what I will get. To me, it doesn't matter where I get Chinese food; I'm probably not going to like it that much. Tried it at Nine Dragons, PF Changs, and two other local places. Opinion is the same. I like other Asian food. Just not Chinese, other than Wonton soup and egg rolls.

I still enjoy Le Cellier. I think that the filet at least is worth that price. I like the preparation of the mushroom filet at Le Cellier better than Yachtsman. And I do love the cheddar cheese soup. And the poutine, though I know some prefer poutine that you would get in Canada.
You cant handle the sour chicken at Yan and Yeti?

I'm looking at the Dinner menu, and the prices are definitively higher than the lunch.
most Entrées are 28 USD or more.

the Filet de boeuf grillé (Grilled Tenderloin of Beef) is what interests me in Chefs Du France and the Lobster Bisque (but then.. Coral Reef as similar dishes as well)

Have loved Coral Reef and Teppan Edo every time we've eaten at both. Germany is a good buffet, although it was better years ago when you ordered from a menu. The only other table service we've eaten at in Epcot is Restaurant Marrakesh, which I enjoyed. :)

The QS service at that pavilion is awesome as well. I think it's definitely one of the top 5 QS restaurants in all of WDW. I like the food because it's tasty and different. :hungry:

Based on the review from @StarWarsGirl95 , the food is good and there are some options.

I honestly can't remember the last time I went to any of the table service restaurants; but the few times I did, I would go at lunch because the prices were lower than dinner. Perhaps if you're not sure if you'd like Chefs, maybe try it for lunch, and that way you wouldn't have spent too much money, if you decide you're not a fan of the food there. :)

Who's #99?
Wayne Gretzky.
The "Great One".
#99 - the only hockey jersey number to be retired league-wide.

(Jackie Robinson's #42 baseball jersey, is similarly retired league-wide.)

From Wikipedia:
Jackie Robinson, the first African American player in the modern era of Major League Baseball, had his number 42 retired league-wide in 1997 (although those players who were wearing the number at the time were permitted to retain it for the duration of their careers — Mariano Rivera was the last remaining player to wear the number, and he retired at the end of the 2013 season). The only other exception to this retirement is on April 15, the anniversary of Robinson's MLB debut, when all uniformed personnel (players, managers, coaches, umpires) wear 42. Wayne Gretzky's number 99 was likewise retired league-wide by the National Hockey League upon his retirement from the game.

but the menú is also different.
Not a fan of going to a good sit down restaurant to get a sandwich or a burger.

Sorry I couldn't get the sunset picture in last night. My ex father-in-law passed (throat cancer) on Monday and things have been in disarray. I forgot to have my tablet with me. Anywho, here's last night's. :)

Ah, hugs. To your daughter, too.

Frickin' cancer - hate it!
(And now I'm all teared up, of course.)
