Tis true, indeed. The high sugar content of the molasses enema draws extra fluid into the colon thereby softening the stool and making it easier to pass.

Three little moles were getting hungry for breakfast. As they were popping their heads out of their little mole hole the smelled breakfast! The first one...Mmm...I smell bacon, the second one pope his head out and says...Mmmm I smell eggs. The third one who couldn't quite get to the top of the hole says... all I smell is molasses.

It's actually in a small city, if you can believe that. The building was a private home then was dorm rooms now its a private home again. But neighbors are college students mixed with normal folk.

I have way more pictures where that came from. My last days in Newport, I took a fair amount of pictures. Plus my favorite style house.

The Annual Christmas Tour of the Newport Mansions sponsored by the Historical Society is really incredible. I haven't been there in years but it's definitely worth the trip.

So I worked all night and am super tired, but now my condo association is redoing the roof. My cats are going to need Valium for the trauma and I'm going to need an alibi because I'm going to kill the roofers.
