He doesn't make millions! Not every player does. :facepalm: Before the call to be on the Indians roster last month he spent all his time in the minors. Most minor leaguers only get paid MINIMUM WAGE. Hell, you probably make more than them.

1. Jealous much?
2. It's sad that most minor players on the field make as much as the guy selling you beer in the stands.

This is his first year playing in the MLB. I don't think 5 years in the minor leagues made him a millionaire.

Pictures don't do them justice. Many look like wood but are ceramic tile. I kinda like the idea of the look of wood in
some areas but the ease of cleaning ceramic tile. Someday I'll the light bulb will turn on and I'll put some in.

I like those kind of tiles too. I've been a couple hotels that had them and I thought they looked cool. I think my room at the Swan had them in the bathroom. If we owned our house I would probably put those in my bathroom.

I was going to use one of my Basin bath bombs last night but I went for bubbles and Basin bath salts. I was relaxing nicely until I got a phone call. It was hubby calling to see how my day was (I was trying to forget my day). Luckily he had to make it short so I was able to go back to relaxing.

My husband is very anxious about the game tonight. He has to perform a wedding ceremony this afternoon and is anxious he won't be back from the wedding/reception in time for the first pitch. :cool:

That would make for a very interesting series for sure. It is always nice to see teams that don't make it to the World Series a lot in it. Maybe it is the Disney in me but when it those types of teams in the series it makes it a little more magical and special, like a story of hope. Maybe my Twins will make it again someday (probably not, but I still love 'em).;)

No doughnut Saturday today, neither hubby or I felt like leaving the house this morning so we (me) made a big breakfast. The dog seemed a little sad that we weren't leaving for doughnuts (she even went for the leash as she does on Saturdays only) but she made peace with it when I gave her a piece of my bacon and a little biscuits and gravy. Hubby was upset when I gave her the bacon, he is a bit of a bacon hoarder. :) I think it is going to be a good lazy Saturday.:joyfull:
