My fun for the day.

A Surrey Bar. Zoom in and you will see every patron pulled up to the moving bar pedalling away. Such a hoot!

And yes, this was in rush hour, messing up traffic on the freak'n 2 lane main road, making it more enjoyable.
We have those here in Raleigh. I had never seen one before moving here. I can't say that I am all that enamored by it, but, I'm sure it is fun for some.

On a normal year, our humidity, is around 10 percent, in the winter it can go down to 5 percent. You are right the "thin air at this altitude", can't hold much water.
Well, I know, having been there, that the scenery is quite impressive in Colorado. However, if I had as many health problems as you do that seem to be aggravated by the local environment and altitude, I would be gone like a flash from the source of discomfort. With or without family! They wouldn't be much use to me if I am sick all the time, or worse.

We are doing a 3 night Disney Dream cruise the day after Thanksgiving and a couple days at Disney before. We have had the cruise booked since May 2015 and it is finally around the corner! I just did the finally payment two days ago and our 90 day check in and ability to book excursions and all that stuff starts tomorrow. Since it is just a 3 night we aren't planning much. We are using the Nassau day as our "at sea" day and just staying on the ship but when we get to Castaway Cay we are making a beeline for Serenity Bay (the adult beach) and the relaxing hammocks and loungers out there! There might also be a Conk Cooler in my hand at some point on Serenity Bay, it is a passion fruit drink. Kind of a passion fruit pina colada.
Sounds lovely. I've never done a Disney Cruise, but I hear wonderful things about them. You should have a great time. :)

Disney cruises are wonderful. I haven't been on another line to compare but our cruise was so wonderful I don't know if I want to compare. I'm kind of brand loyal, once I find something I like I an reluctant to change. We already have a cruise booked for next June, but I have a feeling while we are on this one in November we will probably book a placeholder cruise. I would like to do an Alaska cruise in 2018.

We were contemplating an Alaskan cruise for 2018 but with the expense of getting oot there we are looking to the Eastern Europe ones

I've read different reports about Zika. Here's a link to the official CDC (Center for Disease Control in the U.S.). Per the information provided, it doesn't appear as though everyone gets ill, although some people do. Many people don't have any symptoms, or if they do, they're mild. (Note: I'm leaving out pregnant women or women wanting to become pregnant, in my comments here.)

My guess is that more information will be updated over time, once they have more research data.

interesting. The local health centers say those who get symptoms are debilitating ones and some swelling (and flu like secondary things).

Back from the Dr.'s visit. I really like this new Dr. she has a sense of humor, and best of all we will only get one blood draw a year. Not, the two we were getting. :D My blood pressure was through the roof 160 over 100. Increasing my blood pressure meds, again. Told to watch salt intake. All in all, everything went smoothly. She is going to be good for us.

Yay, I'm so glad that you seem to like this Dr. It will help if they are easy to talk to and only one blood draw a year is good news too! Too bad about your blood pressure, you'd better watch that young lady! :)
