Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
and for our food stuff from the water I love, love them all.

But on a scarey note, in the Great Lakes a South American breed has surfaced. On the news this morning they showed pictures of the the little fishies that were never here before and they are an intimidating breed. Freak'n things have teeth similar human teeth. Ouch. But straighter than most humans before they go to the orthodontist.

Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
My dad called this evening. Apparently, someone stole my stepgrandmother's purse while they were having shiva (basically, a post funeral event where morners come to give their condolences; Jews don't do a viewing). My dad's sister in law texted my stepgrandmother's phone and said, "If you find this phone, please call ..." Someone called them and said it was found on a bench down in Baltimore City. The purse was returned. All of her credit cards and $100 cash were missing.

I can't say my stepgrandmother is my favorite person in the world, but to bury your husband in the morning and have your purse stolen in the afternoon...I feel terrible for the woman.

Oy, just saw this. Such bad karma.

I actually thought of this, I took a purse, my drivers license and a very small amount of cash and left everything else at home for my Dads services. The Sheriff was watching the house and Walter so I went with leaving all that stuff at home and hoped for the best.

They must have given you guys rush seats. Often you can get unsold seats the day of for really cheap. :) I missed Movin' Out in NYC and saw a touring production at the Tilles Center on Long Island and we were in the last row. I had no idea what was going on. Luckily, they served wine, so it was all good. ;)

First of all, loved the costumes in that Alladin video.

As for "day of" unsold seats as a discount, I never encountered that in N.Y., unless I went to TKTS. I recall years ago, back when Wicked and Jersey Boys were blockbusters, I waited at the theaters "day of", but couldn't even grab a single; so I ran over to the theater showing Spamalot, and bought a great center row seat up front. However, there was no "day of" discount. And Spamalot had been playing for a long time, at that point. Perhaps theaters have changed policies since then, and are offering last-minute deals now.

So did Kapono get her DQ?

Yes she got it when we took her to the church walk/picnic. She really like it. There is still some in the freezer for her.

When we got our cheap tickets, it was in 2004. It was one of the travel tips I read about, instead of standing in line at TKTS.

It's frustrating that some of the other olympic events are on during the weekdays when I'm at work. I would have loved to see the fencing and equestrian events, to name a few.

As for judo, nice to hear this morning on the news that Kayla Harrison (USA) win another gold medal.

Do you have a way to record them. Hubby watched the judo yesterday, and golf.

People stink, sometimes. Glad they found it, but what a pain to have to deal with all of the canceling. Not what everybody needs to be doing right now.

I think they want something like spectro.. but not spectro itself.

the problem is, rumors says we might not even have a night parade for quite a bit of time until the 50th.
while disneyland limps their paint the night to cut costs.
This is what I am afraid of. MSEP has been around forever. Heck, I saw it at DL when I was much younger. I remember my little brother being scared to death by Elliot, and then a face character came by to console him, which worked. Until that character showed him his hook!:joyfull:

They were pretty @MouseDreaming but all over ripened. The pit had already pulled away from meat of the peaches. Good, but have had better. Will try again though.
I just bought a new box. They are on the next variety, August Flame. If you don't like the next ones, just bring them back. TJ's is really good about refunding money for anything you didn't like. It is a good policy for them, because I usually pick up one thing that is either the new family favorite, or nobody likes it. If nobody likes it, it goes back. Last time we tried Cowboy Caviar. It earned a thumbs up.
