Everyone's medical condition is different, but do you ever take even a baby aspirin at least 30 minutes prior to your flight? It's recommended to help avoid DVT. Along with aspirin, I've read that the best thing, especially for coach passengers (that would be me, too!), is to stay hydrated (water is the best to drink on a flight), and to get up a few times to stretch your legs.

Aside of the above, I agree with other members here who suggested extra leg room seats or business class (at least on most airlines, those two categories can make a big difference for some people--worth the extra cost).

P.S.: For my flight tomorrow morning, I bought a small bottle of baby aspirin the other day. It said cherry flavored on the package. So, I tried one and it was delicious! :hilarious:
I hope you had a safe flight this morning.

It was a just a shock to see something like a chicken ceaser wrap, normal size, costing 10 dollars. But I guess that would everywhere here.

Dinner at Trails End last night and got to see Epcot fireworks from our room and Wishes from top of Bay Lake. No pictures til I get back.

Went running this morning 6am along the path to the MK canal and back. Saw bomb sniffing dog this morning. Couldn't get back in the hotel, no magicband access. Had to go through the Contemporary. They also said the main pool was open 24 hours but its not. Epcot today.
I'm sorry the pool wasn't open. They must be closing down earlier. Have fun, looking forward to your pictures, when you return.

Good morning to you @figmentfan423. Thunderstorms coming our way today. I made a meat loaf yesterday, so it's meat loaf sandwiches for today. No cooking, except for breakfast. I love these kind of days!

I made meatloaf on Thursday. I didn't have any eggs and I was too lazy to go to the store so I tried a recipe for eggless meatloaf. Yeah, it didn't really work out too well, the loaf fell apart but it did taste really good so I suppose that is all that matters.

You can always take the broken up meatloaf and add to spaghetti sauce, over pasta. I always do that after having meatloaf.
