Okay, I'm back. Just needed a few days to process.

I'm thoroughly enjoying being 21. My last drink was a Mike's Hard Mango Punch that I drank in the bathtub...while watching PowerPuff Girls for some odd reason :hilarious:. And no, I was not drunk; just weird.

Glad you are back. I can appreciate your need to process all that.

Mike's Hard cherry lemonade was an adult beverage my DD did have in college after she turned 21 a few times.

I usually have pockets. Not that I've been known to smuggle cheese or anything...

My MIL, the lady that sits in church every Sunday and every single holy day, is a kleptomaniac in restaurants.

Any food item on the table is fair game for the purse. Whole fruit, dinner rolls, tiny individuals of sugar, sugar substitutes, plastic mini tubs of butter, cream, sour cream, tea bags, jellies, straws, paper napkins, pancake syrup. If she can take food home in a styrofoam box that adds a whole 'nother realm of food products that go home with her. Her kitchen cabinets and fridge are hilarious.

Fast food restaurants another great venue to 'stock' up on many things. My one SIL and me and giggle behind her back as she went 'shopping' in the condiment-plastic flatware-napkin counter. She was young during the heart of the depression.

I'm dog sitting for my neighbors again and decided I wanted alcohol in the fridge (which they don't mind). I went to the liquor store (because in MD, grocery stores cannot sell alcohol; you have to go to a licensed liquor store) and picked out what looked interesting.

Cherry Lemonade was my first legal drink, although it was a cocktail made at a bar.

The boys are looking forward to time without us. They'll get ride time when we're doing behind the seeds and some more time depending on how my dh and I feel and things we want to do. They'll also get some MK time when my dh goes and switches from the hotel to condo. I may see belle during that time as I'm the only one who wants to do that:(

I've never seen Belle. *ducks and hides*

No desire.

Good morning the strange yellow orb is coming out again today (it made a short visit yesterday) it's supposed to warm nicely again and the heat is off!:) I'm really hoping it's finally the end of groundhog season!:joyfull: It better be it's getting really hard to find any of those critters:D

We had a beautiful weekend. Today, cloudy, windy and 55 degrees. It is May!

Been going in May for many years, and the temps range anywhere from 75 - 95. It's just the luck of the draw when it's lower. As a matter of course, I always leave the parks in the early afternoon and just crash in my hotel room for about 3 hours in the a/c, have a snack or coffee, and watch TV. Then I go back out in the late afternoon and evening for more fun. I could never handle a full day in the parks in the Florida sun.

I do the absolute worst in the heat and humidity in the World Showcase. All that concrete, a lack of useful trees, less and less trees each year and the distance between pavilions. It is a killer in the hot afternoons.
