Today is the last day of the last full week of school for us.:( Starting next week the kids get at least 1/2 day off per week:(:(:(:(:arghh::bawling::banghead: and the pool doesn't open until 2 weeks after they're done for good. Lack of used snow days were both a blessing and curse. Later today it's girl's night, more like afternoon into early evening nothing like getting a pedi when it's cool and damp:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: We booked this a few weeks back and aren't going to cancel:D

I wish I was in your school district! I'm in until June 3. I think I might survive :( The kids are already getting antsy. And the ones who have carp home lives and want to be in school to avoid home are starting to act out. It seems the more they don't want to leave school the more they act out trying to get attention.

Sympathy like. It's the partial days that are going to be the problem and they go for the next month! My younger ds really likes to be in school. He's 13 and sits next to a girl on the bus, female lab partner, a girl sits next to him on both sides in most of his other classes, chorus is mostly girls his lunch table is a 50/50 split. I don't want to burst his happy little bubble that the rest of his life is going to be nothing like this. He's really into science, math and sci-fi. I hope he's really going to enjoy these years as the male female ratio on his wish list of colleges are not exactly in his favor.

Right, I forgot. Sorry...but how about vegan ice cream? I know one of my friends who is lactose intolerant gets vegan ice cream sometimes. Have you tried that?
I have and some of it is really good. One vendor makes a mocha almond fudge that is my favorite. The vegan bakery at Disney Springs makes a good vegan "ice cream". I love the chocolate there.

They are amazing in concert! One of the best! I got lucky on a Hershey trip once and got to hear them for free as they were playing in the stadium next to the park we were done for the day and they started playing when we were leaving Chocolate World so we sat and listened:)
I'm ashamed to say what I paid for those tickets, but it was for my daughter's birthday. I got her and her dad seats right by the stage. I sat in the nosebleed section.

It is interesting the items taken from one Disney Destination and not the other.

At least we still have Mickey Ice Cream Bars.

I want both. I'm hungry. Which would you choose?
Mickey Bar on left.... no contest!

I remember reading that @betty rose likes to put faces to names so here, like your making us choose one Ice Cream thingy over another... yet another challenge:
Me with my Girls during our very first trip to WDW in 1983...

And this would be the same threesome in December 2015....

I think that it is obvious that my girls have changed quite a lot, where I have stayed exactly the same. It's in the genes!

Do you know what the base for the ice cream is? I can't do soy. I also don't do rice, and I'm lactose intolerant which makes being vegetarian hard. I've tried coconut milk based ice cream, but I don't care for it. The almond based ones are okay. My daughter has moved on to being vegan, but she loves almond and coconut-based products so it's easier for her.

Thank you!

I've reached that point where I can't do any more haha :p might as well get my coffee for the morning
My daughter just called to let me know she just finished her last final of this semester. She said that she way over-studied. But, it's better to be over prepared than under prepared. She's taking the summer off. It will be her first real break in three years. She starts her senior year in the fall.

Very nice! Congrats to her!

I think I over-studied for this as well:rolleyes: But I'd take that rather than being under-prepared!
