I forgot my birthday, was coming up, until he said Happy Birthday this morning. So we are sharing the cake. Nothing like making your own!

It's the color of our friend Stitchbecause its falling apart and its stitched with duct tape? or because it looks like our lovable stitch from Disney?
So here's how my day is going. I'm sweeping my family room floor when I hear whirrr, click, click, click. Thinking it was a lego, I looked in the canister to take it out. No lego. I didn't think about it more and put the sweeper away.
Walking back into my family room I stepped on whatever I was trying to sweep up but I couldn't see it. Backing up because I couldn't find it I stepped on it AGAIN! By this time I'm on my knees feeling for whatever it was. FOUND IT! I yanked up my hand with a small fish hook stuck in my finger. Not happy. I think I'm done cleaning today!
I read in some magazine that there are now wineries in every single state in the US. So, I looked up a few states where you would not think there would be wineries, and here are the amazing results:
Florida (where else would I start?) - 24 wineries?!?!?! Whhhhhaaaaaaattt?!? - http://www.tryfloridawine.com/florida-wineries-map.php
Alaska - looks like four - I'd love to taste this - probably very sweet - http://www.wineries-and-vineyards.com/alaska-winery-guide.html
Arizona - Wowe - they have a ton - unreal - https://www.arizonawine.org/winetrail.html
North Dakota - I would not imagine there to be one winery here, and yet - http://www.ndtourism.com/articles/north-dakota-beer-and-wine-trail
I could go on and on but you get the picture - punch in any state plus winery and you will get one or more hits for wineries. Which seems kind of amazing to me. And very cool.
Thank you so much. I have always loved roses, it's so pretty.
They do band, grandson plays in that, and sings in choir, and is really good in art. My only question, why does one kid out of two, seem to get all the talent? Oldest hasn't "found" his thing yet. He is a whiz at math, currently taking high school math. I would guess his "talent" will take him far in research or space. He seems interested in both.I miss the Spring Events of Elementary/Middle School. We combo'd open house, Art Show and Choral Concert. All the rest of the Stuff that went along with kids in school I don't miss, don't miss at all. We are not far from the Primary Building. I always try to take Walt for a walk on the First Day of School during the arrival time. The little girls look so cute and the little boys seem so happy to be with their guy friends. That building is KPrep through 2nd grade so generally the only kids that are at all jaded is the 2nd graders. Those littles ones are so dang cute with their new shoes and backpacks that go down to their knees. Too funny.
I forgot to say, so funny. I think you should order a cake for her, one that you like!HAH! that again reminds me of my sis, that always buys her favorite cake.. FOR MY BIRTHDAY.. so she can have a huge portion of said cake for later
