I love nature. Just so there is a hotel at the end of the day.

Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
Probably. :p

There are times on my Disney vacations where I'm not up until 10 am (and neither is the rest of my group). During the summer, if I really need to sleep and we're just going to the pool for the morning, 11 am happens.

I just don't see the point anymore of exhausting myself. If I'm too tired, I won't enjoy the trip and will probably just end up giving myself a migraine and/or making myself sick. Which is why we sleep in every now and then.

They say sleeping in even in binges over weekends resets your insulin and helps to prevent diabetes.

Its actually interesting.. last time I was at POR, they had a very strong taste of chlorine..
old key west had minimal flavor...
The strongest taste was on Magic Kingdom.

I don't see that at POR. I'm hedging to bet your water in Mexico is not treated in the waste treatment plants like ours is. Even all our grocery fruits sold in mass are chlorinated. A few years ago many died from a farm that skipped the Chlorinated water step in washing the Cantelope. Many sick, many dead. Cantaloupe farm shut down forever.

Whenever you notice a strong taste of chlorine it is usually because they have just shocked the water storage reservoir. Bacteria, especially in hot, humid areas will quickly grow and need to be killed off. An occasional boast in Chlorine is the answer and not dangerous. In fact, to me if I do taste some of the Chlorine it makes me happy because then I know that someone is paying attention to the water system. The stronger taste is very temporary though.

Good to know; that runs on both sides of my family

I had a migraine this week and slept a lot. As is, went to bed at around 12pm-1am Tuesday night, slept until 11:30ish on Wednesday, went back to bed at around 1, and slept until 4, then went to bed at 10 pm and slept until 7:30 the next day. I have never been so rested going to school in my life.

I'm actually annoyed that cars still require gasoline. There has been awesome tech advances in the last 30 years or so and I cannot buy into the theory it is taking scientists and engineers this long to create cars that operate more efficiently on batteries and much smaller batteries at that. It would solve all sorts of pollution problems too.
well, the issue are the batteries... there hasnt been much advances in that aspect.
The best improvements are still under test phase.
And other techs might be blocked by the gas/car industry.

Oh, they are.. my town has one of the most cleanest water in the country.
And it doesn't taste THAT MUCH of chlorine.

Must be because I lived most of my life in condo towers that had heavy purifier systems and UV cleaners.
The purifiers removed most of the chlorine taste.
