I love thunder storms. When I first moved to Denver , we had a lot of them, now not so much. The weather is just weird today.OK, it was just a brief hail storm - now it's regular rain. Although I did manage to snag some of the hail so I can show my DD tomorrow.
We're also getting some thunder & lightning, which is rare for us. I love it!
Thanks, I will. So nice to "talk" to you. Good night to you, too!Hope you get back to sleep quickly! Sweet dreams! xoxo
There's only so much a family member can doI feel sorry for her. But, why doesn't a family member have her evaluated? Does she have Alzheimer's, hearing problem, mental illness. I know people want to deny these things happen to family member's; but they do. Shame on them for ignoring her disability! Our family has had this experience, and other member's took action. We didn't want the person to hurt themselves or someone else.
Thnx. I call them frugalYou have such great idea's @figmentfan423!
We had to stop on the way home to visit a relative as it would be the only way for my younger ds to meet that person and be old enough to at least have some memories of the meeting. That relative was 20 minutes from our house the year before and couldn't wait an hour for us to get thereWhy, oh why, would you be driving through Atlanta on the way home from WDW to Joisy. That seems a long way out of the way.
I'm sorry to hear that. But better safe and all that. When are you going? So I decided today that I'm going to postpone my WDW trip until this summer, so I can take my DD with me. Hopefully I can do a solo trip either this fall or for my next birthday.
But I still plan to get my Disney fix for my birthday this year and will stay at the Disneyland Hotel for a couple nights instead.![]()
Isn't California one of those joint custody unless states?Oh, more good news, bad news. The donkey jerk face (that has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?) informed me that he's moving out this month. But he's going for 75/25 custody, which isn't necessarily bad news because I just don't see him getting it when there's absolutely no basis for it.
I already have one day's worth of glow sticks, pins for trading 4 ponchos and 2 small umbrellas in out new backpackI do this too. Can I tell you how many times I've bought both umbrellas and ponchos in the parks because I got caught off guard and left these goodies in my resort room.![]()
Sympathy like, I hope you get to sleep in a bitEvery thing is great. I had to use the little girl's room. Not usual for me. So I thought I would see what is going on, on the chit chat world. Thanks for asking. I usually go back to sleep, but my dinner is giving me a tummy ache. I'm getting better as we speak, sitting up helps!
Sympathy like. I hate hail at night, I'm not fond of it all all but not while I'm trying to sleepOMG it's hailing right now here!!![]()
I hate middle school drama! One girl who liked my ds and tried to come between him and his friend on the bus moved away and now is back. According to my ds she already wants to know why he went to the movies with said friend when he knew she was coming back. The friend on the bus hugged him for having to put up with her. I'm not liking any of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nope, nope, nope!
I thought about that, but what we're looking at is a flight that gets in in the morning, so if we do that one, even if it was delayed, we'd most likely be able to take a later one and still make reservations. Plus, we have 10 days in the resort with the dining plan. I don't want to have unused credits, especially TS credits. What about just winging it and going to DTD to Earl or another qs? That way you won't have to worry if your fight is delayed getting in
No I called the doctor a couple of weeks ago and they wouldn't make an appointment for me. Over here, they try to do as much as they can by phone. I've had sinus infections for MONTHS and they won't give you antibiotics anyway, so it does no good to go to the doctor. He's going to say "It's a virus. There's nothing I can do." and send me home, after I pay 40 Euros to have him tell me that. He gave me codeine tablets for the cough and that was it. It's getting better though, and not having a voice is pretty common for me this time of year. I usually lose it for a few weeks a year, sometime between October and March. This time hasn't been too bad. I only had NO voice for a few days. One year I had no voice for 3 weeks. My son was only 3 or 4 and we went to the grocery store and he got a few steps too far ahead of me and couldn't see me over the produce stands and he panicked and I tried to call to him that I was right there, but I had no voice, so I'm standing there waving my arms like a crazy person hoping he'd look and see, but he didn't. But then one of the workers there saw me, and she recognized us since we shop there every day and she showed him I was still there.. I went home and wrote a long letter to the doctor BEGGING him for antibiotics, as a birthday present to me (day before my birthday). He did give them to me, but only because by that time I also had an ear infection, for which they WILL actually give you meds. Otherwise he wouldn't have. So I don't usually bother going to the doctor anymore for stuff like this.Sympathy like!!!! have you been to the doctor about your voice? get well soon.
