I have around 20 Dumbos, I don't know how many elephants, plus Disney characters, cats, Disney cats, and even some dogs. Plus Disney Princess dolls on display (Rapunzel may join them...) and Star Wars stuff...I have a Rey poster coming that I'll probably get framed...Disney everywhere...

You must fix that KSC is amazing. We go every trip. One time we went it was during Star Trek summer (came home with a few tribbles, I could have sworn I only bought one). and last time we got into the soft opening for Atlantis. We could easily spend a few days there. It's about an hour's drive from Disney and well worth it.

Space travel has always fascinated me. I'm old enough to remember the first moon landing.
And, as I've mentioned before, my pop worked at the Redstone Arsenal/Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama back in the mid '60's. I was very young at the time, but, I still remember visiting the rocket displays and such that were open to the public. As I've mentioned here before, my pop even attended a lecture/speech by Wernher Von Braun while he was working there...!

We took plenty of road trips with the kiddos, starting from day one. All over Texas, but, usually not any longer than about 5 hours one way.
To the Texas coast and back was always one of our longer ones.

The 60 days are up on Feb 1, but then we have to go to court to obtain the unlawful detainer, which he can contest and take to trial, so there's no guarantee we'll get it. Or, he could come to his senses and agree to settle out of court like a reasonable person. Not likely, though!

Hey all. Just checking in to say hello. Hope everyone is doing well. Things are nuts around here. The kitchen, which is older than I am, is getting remodeled as soon as we leave for WDW. When I'm not out and/or with my friends, I'm helping my mom because everything from the kitchen is getting relocated to the basement or elsewhere in the house. It's surprisingly not a simple task. And when I'm not doing any of that, it's Netflix time.
You probably won't be seeing too much of me in the next few weeks, but don't worry; just busy. I'll try to post some photos when I'm in WDW for those who have the winter blues (or in the case of @MinnieM123 , the missing-Disney blues, since she strangely seems to like winter
).

Hey all. Hope all is well. I've been a little off the grid over the holiday season, but I hope you all had an amazing time with your loved ones. Here are a few quick holiday memories from my break (office was closed for 2 weeks!):
First, Christmas came!
Then a quick trip to Long Island wine country.
And Phil joined a wine club!
And then, it was New Year's Eve:
Oh wait, I'm sad. I meant to have a drink in my hand in every single picture.
Oh well, that last one blew it. Happy new year anyway, everyone. May 2016 be a really wonderful year for us all.

The worst thing is I'm beginning to think I won't be able to do my solo trip to WDW at the end of this month, as I'll probably need to deal with all this divorce carp instead. But, I'm talking with my lawyer tomorrow to see what he thinks. I could really use a break! Worst case scenario is I just need to postpone it for later this year.

That should be ok, just returned from magic kingdom. It ws packed, windy but zero clouds. what a blessing! it was truly a beautiful day!!
