a little? its terrifying.. most of the animatronics and statues look like they are melting.
The Dopey animatronic looks the worst and ugly to look at. Most of the character figures at Storybook Land (Not the Disneyland and Disneyland Paris one) are mostly made of paper mache and made of wax. The Snow White figure looks like one of those things you see at shoe and clothing stores. The entire theme park is 20 acres long and it looks cheaply made. It's like a cheap version of Dutch Wonderland except smaller.

Look at Humpty Dumpty for instance. What happened to his arms and legs are they broken!?

And I finally caught a bit of the Paint the Night Parade. I thought it was pretty cool, so I definitely want to watch the whole thing someday. Here's a clip of the Little Mermaid float and jellyfish.

When I decided to leave, that's when everyone was waiting to see the fireworks. Here's a pic of Main Street - it's so dark because those are all the people waiting!

I've finally gotten my Western Civilization Exam done in College today. It was very difficult but I tried my best.
That's college. Sometimes you just kinda do your best and hope it comes out okay. Or you half-a** it because you stop caring. Happened this past semester for me with a final paper for one of my classes. I figured out I could not turn the paper in and still get an A- in the class. I ended up writing the paper anyway. Even with the minimal effort I put into it, I somehow ended up with a B on the paper, A in the class. But I only half cared.

Sympathy like.
Sorry for being so far behind, but, what is the status of her foot now...?

We went to the ortho yesterday. It is not broken. So freak'n happy. He said it is a very deep bruise that goes through the toes and half way through the top and bottom of her foot. He said likely with that type of deep bruising it would take another 3 weeks for the blood pressure in that area to subside along with the throbbing. Always feel so bad when the Momma can't make it better. : (.

All righty, time for some real Disney pics! So yesterday I did my usual "thrill" rides: Radiator Springs (1), TOT (3), Splash (3), Indy (1), and Matterhorn (2). I also went on Winnie the Pooh and Pirates. I wanted to go on Haunted Mansion, but FPs were gone by the time I got there and the line was always 45+min long.

First up, Radiator Springs (pardon the blurriness of most of them - I was using my cell phone camera).

Sounds painful. Lol

It is kinda hard to sort out as an adult, it was so ingrained in my childhood. We'd spend anywhere between a month to two months in South Florida each spring. Our school work came with us and we kept up and were always ahead of the class when we returned. My memories are better from Early Childhood, when you're a little kid and who cares. But as we were older it wasn't the same and my Dad didn't get that. As a preteen and teen 2 freakin months in a smallish apartment away from friends was hard though a beautiful place to be. Lovely restaurants and beaches vs the boredom. Such mixed emotions. It was a privileged childhood but it did have its drawbacks as my Sis and I grew older.
