We have reservations at a Mexican restaurant for tomorrow night, where we always order the enchiladas, but I'm told by my Mexican friends that they are not enchiladas...but it looks a lot like these, except it's more of a orange/red sauce. SO good, though.you should try some mexican "enchiladas suizas"

There are different sauces.. infact, the enchiladas suizas I know, usually has red tomato salsa.yum! I had to google it.
