My boys want a playstation 4 for Christmas and I'm not sure if it is worth it. They aren't allowed any games past a T rating. I know the new Kingdom Hearts game is supposed to be out by the end of the year and a new Ratchet game in late spring. HELP! Do any of you know anything about it? THNX
Ratchet and Clank have a loong story, they have cheeky jokes hidden there and here.. its a very funny and enjoyable platformer. Dunno about Kingdom Hearts. I only know that teenager girls are in love with it. (and it features a ton of disney characters plus square-enix ones)

So the food reviews for Hollywood and Vine have been pretty bad to say the least. So is adding Minnie just a way to try and boost business? Or will they now leave the food as is and raise the prices, since it will now be a "character dining experience"?
maybe thats the reason of why.
Aka leverage the character appearance to balance the horrible food.
I went there and the food was pretty subpar to other venues. It looked like food from a every day buffet from a cheap hotel.
Id take Prime time's anytime over H&V

I like the ratchet story but I'm not up to date on it. All I know so far about the new one is Insomniac is doing it. I played the 2 KHs on the PS2. I'm old I'm at least a system behind LOL

the new game is confusing for everyone.. since its a reboot of the first one of the PS1.

So its a game.. based on the movie, which is based on the first game. XD

My life is going to get a little crazy starting tomorrow! My dh's project starts at 5am tomorrow and he's not a morning person. I think his boss might have been right about him needing a cot at work, all I know is I have to have him up out of bed and moving enough to get out of the house with his food for the day packed up. To make things even more interesting he got on the new scale and decided he needs to get serious about dropping some weight before we go on vacation next summer, so he wants me to pack him healthy foods for work. Wish me luck I'm going to need it

It's pitiful what teachers are paid in this country. I don't know why parents around here keeping voting down tax increases for school. That's the best future investment we can make. JMHO

Boy this is a good subject for a debate. Both sides have very valid points. I also understand the tax referendums being turned down. We knew ours would 2 years ago but the parent teacher body pushed and believed it would pass. It didn't and by a lot.

Many households are still on shaky ground financially still trying to recover and many believe it can happen again. Raising their property taxes is a financial decision each voter takes to heart, most don't hate the schools, many are just on fixed incomes or have stretched their budgets as far as they can. Flip side a great school district increases your property values as do good parks and police and fire departments.

There is mixed emotion about how a brand new teacher is paid the same way there is mixed emotion about all new professionals straight out of college are paid. In the USA there are few professionals that are granted the time off that teachers are over several holiday breaks and summer. Flip many use this time to acquire higher degrees. Flip to that so do other professionals in different fields.

It is just not a black or white issue. I tend to listen to facts from both administration and the employees. And sort in my mind the blah blah blah from each and dig to get to heart of it. It is annoying to boards to have slanted statistics presented to us. We had a Union present to us the base salary of our district to the district next to us. Next to us was considerably higher. The data was correct but misleading. Their salaries included 2 extra duty assignments (door or bus duty generally, start and end of day) We break our 2 extra duty assignments away from base salary and pay a specific stipend for that. It is just different accounting. In the end when I asked administration to add in the stipends that the other district did we actually paid slightly more than the district next to us. Statistics are a funny funny thing, it is all how they are spun.

I can't find 2014 but here is the year before Average starting salaries by state. It is was posted by NEA.
