In Wyo, too. My dad has a cattle ranch. Just a small one, though. And Bison are also big in Wyo, but I'm not sure about Colo. Of course, the part of Wyo I come from is also coal mining territory.

Hubby and I buy bison for ground meat, for meatloaf, etc. He said the free range and processing was cleaner. (Back when he was a teen, he worked for a short time at a major Colorado beef company and wasn't pleased with what he saw.) He'll eat ground beef on rare occasions now, but always goes for bison first if he can buy it.

Hey, do any of you know each other outside of this forum? Have any of you met? Or are you friends on other forums or on social media? I have friends on various forums and eventually all of us found our ways to other mediums and I was curious if that was the case here or not. I'm guessing there are rules about posting personal information.

I guess it's probably an individual choice about how much people get together or whatever beyond the forums. I'm very happy with this forum, but have limited time each day to read and post. Really can't devote more time than what I do to the forums here. I'm not on Facebook or anything else either.

I think Kohl's usually has stuff marked down quite a bit throughout the year - at least my mom always seems to find super cheap stuff there.

Oh, they definitely have some decent sales. I was just surprised to read that Bets had a 30% coupon--I've never seen a 30% coupon from Kohls before. I have seen things in the store marked down by 30% on occasion, but not a general coupon that you could use anywhere in the store for that percentage off.

I've also found with small kitchen appliances that it pays to shop around with Kohls, Target and Bed Bath and Beyond. Often, Kohls prices are higher, but once in a while they'll have a decent promotion going on.

I haven't met anyone on this forum in person yet, but I'm hoping to! :)

I did meet a couple of women on the "other" Disney forum on our trip in July - that was fun.

Yep, I usually get kitchen and bath stuff from BB&B, since I have a ton of 20% coupons that technically never expire.

I've gotten them in the past, but nothing recently. I would have thought that they figured it out by now - I get 30% off and I go shopping, 15 or 20% is not worth the long drive....

I guess I didn't know there was another Disney forum. But that's really cool! I went to London last year to see all the Harry Potter sites and I went with people I "met" on a fan forum. We had a very international group! One from Australia, one from England, one who is originally from England but now lives in Ireland, and me...an "American" who lives in the Netherlands. You'd never have known we had never met before that trip. And my friend in Kissimmee, with whom we stayed last time we went to Disney, was also from the same Harry Potter fan forum. So I just wondered if that was kind of a normal practice on all forums or if that was because we were such a SMALL forum. And I've met several people now from the Twilight fan forum as well....my weekend at the beginning of October was people from that forum, but we are all on one small thread, much like this thread. It's almost always the same group of people who post in that thread, so you kind of get to know each other. I like that.

I recall this scene from World of Motion. The paragraph below I found in the site, "Lost Epcot" World of Motion:'

Sunday Drives & Airplanes We then see "our newest tradition - the Sunday drive. Now we quickly get away from it all to the beautiful carefree countryside." People are seen out in the country. Projections of automobile joy riders along with biplanes in the sky are seen. A patrol officer on a motorcycle is seen hiding behind a billboard.
Such good memories!
