If you want, you may find some over-the-counter meds such as Dramamine, Bonine, or Antivert that can help steady your balance if you get a bout of vertigo. I've had vertigo maybe twice in my life, and if I took just one of those pills each day for maybe 5 days, the vertigo would just pass. I took the lowest dose possible. I don't know what the brand name would be in Mexico, but the ingredient in all is meclizine. I hope this passes for you. Vertigo ranges from mild to fairly intense, depending upon the person.
I think we have dramamine..
I will have to check around..
thanks for the suggestions.

I thought that one puzzle said "ice cold beer". :D

Hahaaa...!
Which I'm enjoying the last few sips of right now, actually...!!! :joyfull: :)

But, I'm out for now, gang. To say the least, it's been a long day, but, it's back to the grind tomorrow.

Pop is doing even better than they expected, and they are quite surprised. His sense of humor is crackin' up the medical staff and us, as per usual...! :)

Again, I can't thank you all enough for the support. You all are angels.
The sweetest of sweet dreams to each and every one of y'all...!
See y'all reeeeeaaalllllll sooooooonnnnnn...!!! :)

Just for you, and @Gabe1, @MOXOMUMD , @catmom46 , @betty rose , and @figmentfan423 -- you can still buy these!!! :D :p :D (Now, all we need are big, long sweaters!) ;)

OMG! Those look like the guys gymnastic pants! Giggle!

Did you go fall shopping yet. Those long sweaters are back again. I look back at photos of me, Big hair, Big Sweaters....ultimately in hindsight this fashion is best on tall slender women. Me, while fairly slender at least for my age, I am too freak'n short for such long sweaters and a tad too old for leggings. Thinking I am best to keep wearing my jeans though those sweaters were mighty comfy.

They have low sodium soups in their line as well.

Why would you want to contaminate an American staple like that, with extra veggies??!! o_O

Ha! Actually fresh soup is one of the easiest things in the world to create. It takes little effort especially in a chock-pot. I had the best goulash soup over the summer and I am trying to find a recipe that duplicates it and I am hard pressed to find one close enough and this place isn't about to give it up. I have Hungarian Goulash stew mastered. I'm tempted to try and convert it into a soup. I'd have to try and dilute it enough without giving up the flavor which would be expensive trial by error.

Hah! That would have been an epic censor fail. :D

Not nearly as big of a censor filter fail as our elementary school. Oy. What images slipped through for 8-11 year old filter. Angry parents. Enlightened children. So not good. So many letters, emails, phone calls. Can I promise we will make sure the filters never fail again, No.
Oy. It isn't even Monday.

No, I work for a non-profit that does research and analysis of policy issues, so that is what they teach at the grad school. I don't do the actual research, I just make sure the researchers are compliant, as well as other relevant tasks.

Compliant. That word just sends shivers up my spine. So many ways to unknowingly mess up even with due diligence.
