It looked like this (which I just read apparently happens when not using proper camera equipment):

I guess I'm really behind the times. I don't own a phone, just use the land line.
funny thing.. almost everyone in my country has a landline..
Since landlines are almost.. everything-proof.
While normal cell phones can have heavy outages thanks to rain or disasters.. landlines keeps working (infact, you could have a state wide power outage and landlines still work, since all phone stations have generators)
very reliable in case of emergencies.

Shout out to @StarWarsGirl95 for her dead on prediction that it was possibly Kaspersky Security causing my problems. I can't tell you what it was doing other then that I was told that it was taking up my entire system, but, when I managed to delete the program everything returned to not just normal operation, but, is now running at the speed of light. It had been slow for quite awhile and I just guess I hadn't really noticed it. All done, thanks for the suggestion young lady!
I read that Kapersky latest version is not doing very well (bugs that can pretty much use all the computer resources).
Id recommend you ESET NOD32.. the only software that has worked perfectly for years for me.

all other antivirus I've had.. had issues in some way or the other.

Like you said before, it's a continuous cycle, like phones. I have used Kaspersky for years with no problem, but, what you described is exactly what I was told was happening (pretty much using all the computer resources). I guess you never know when some nimrod is going to screw up some little detail of code and mess everybody up. The best part of it is when I did a Kaspersky scan, they didn't even find their own problem.

Go easy on him, if he is a Finance Professor, he probably has investments in the market. That will not make for a happy camper right now.:banghead: This too shall pass! ;)
He's actually the only happy person right now it seems.

He comes to class, he's happy, and we're all tired. I have also stopped trying to participate in this class because I feel like he derives some sort of pleasure in telling us we're wrong. Which is a big deal for me because usually I participate a lot in class.

You could say, "The answer is 12+1" and he'll be like, "Nope, it's 1+12". He is super picky about phrasing. I think to myself, "That's what I said. So rephrase it your way, but don't tell me I'm wrong." My accounting professor was tough and liked to call people idiots and buffoons, but if you essentially gave him the right answer, he would nod, make a slight correction if necessary, and move on.

This is kind of how I feel in that class:

They probably want you to upgrade to their DELUXE ULTRA DUPER MAMBA JAMBA EDITION TURBO ;)

Being serious.. these bugs usually happen when Microsoft adds new patches.

had the same a few ago in a lot of my computers.. Google chrome changed their way they execute.. and my firewall (comodo) was blocking it from running.. because it was "injecting" code.. which is a big no no.
