Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
Well, enjoy it! As for moi, I plan to commute to work, stay indoors at work all day in the a/c, commute home and stay inside all night in our a/c here. We're supposed to have 3 days of this super hot weather before it gets better again. :( (I heard that the city brought in some huge fans, and extra drinking water, for the public school classrooms; most of the city public schools don't have a/c, and the temps, with humidity, are supposed to reach 93 today. This is highly unusual for early September around here.)

We've done a week of the 90s but the dew point has been as about as high as it can get so it has been nasty to be out. I was doing outside chores that needed to be accomplished yesterday and I looked like I had stood in the rain by the time I was done. Just Drippy. Today will be in the low 80s but the humidity and dew points will still be up there.

Sounds like a good list except for Cape May, I enjoyed their breakfast but since a lot of the dinner seems to be seafood I would not get my money's worth there as I do not like seafood. Hubby would love it though.
I'm not a seafood person either, but the exception is fried clams, which they have on certain days of the week, so that might be good for us. Especially since they have pizza on the kids buffet! I'm finding it difficult to find places where we would love to eat and that DS will find something he'll eat. He's so picky. If we could use table service credits for counter service meals for him, we'd be golden because we could just go to whichever restaurant we wanted and buy him a counter service meal elsewhere.

That's breakfast, though, right? Lunch and dinner haven't been buffet for a while now, at least it wasn't when we were there in 2011.
I googled it, and I remember now that we did a lunch there in 2010 and it wasn't a buffet then either. I had to look up the menus online, but I remember now that they had a cold buffet with fish, which I wouldn't eat anyway, and I got some sort of mushroom ravioli that was delicious. The menu one the Disney Restaurant site still has breakfast as a buffet, so I'm not sure what's changed.

My hair turned flesh color. I hate hats and only wear one when I'm golfing. I don't want to, but, the Doctors scared me into it. Since unless I'm looking in a mirror it doesn't bother me, I don't think about it that much. What does annoy me is that I have approximately 30 stray hairs the insist on growing all by themselves in the middle of a vast flesh field. I have to cut them off because they just stand up straight. I hate doing it to the little guys. They have literally stuck with me while the others went AWOL. But, it's got to be done and they continue to keep trying.
I've found that gray hair has a mind of it's own. My hair on top likes to stand straight up too! I only wear hats at Disney, that's to avoid sunburn on the top of my head, and to shove down those unruly strands. I don't like hats, but I don't want to sunscreen the top of my head.

No
Why his wallet? Why not my wallet? ;)
I work occasionally too, ya know. (Not lately, mind you.)

After I had bought my first two this trip and declared myself done, he espied the third, and insisted I get it.
So no, neither he nor his wallet seem too concerned about my D & B addiction. Luckily for me. :p
I saw those. I thought, "Oh, this bag is cute." Then I looked at the price tag.

After I recovered, I backed away slowly. Not on a college budget!

That's the good part about being bald. I just have some spray on sunscreen. I couple of shots and I'm good for the day in the parks.
Of course, it would probably be better if hair covered it, but, sometimes you just have to deal with what you are given to work with. :joyfull:
