calling @seahawk7

So back in the day like around 15 years ago, I was playing baseball. A grounder came up a hit my finger (index finger) straight on. Needless to say, I had to have a splint on it. But it must of not healed correctly because it pains every now and then. Fast forward to yesterday, I felt a sharp pain in that finger and today I noticed that if I put my hand flat, I can feel (as in touching my knuckle with my fingers) a little ball or something moving at the top of my knuckle. Granted I could have had it for years and I never noticed.

Cause for concern or just go see a doctor whenever?
I don't know. I would hold off until you were at the doctor's for another reason buts that's me. Unless it's causing a lot of pain. But don't take my word for it.

Serious question. For those that have been to Universal my boys want to go to Diagon Alley and stop at Olivander's and get their wands before doing anything else first, what do you think? The plan for our first day there is do Diagon and hop HE and spend the rest of the day in Hogsmead
I think the wand thing is a good idea other than that, I can't offer any advice because I haven't been to the new HP addition.

I say no. But maybe I'm missing something
It is all to do with the story of the bride as you go through WDW's HM.there are several wedding photo's as you move through the attic.I each one it starts off nice and then the husband dissapears as she "offs" them. She is wearing extra pearls in each picture as the husband count increases .

Yea, I don't know any of the details of this particular one. I remember a reoccurring one on I-89 in Vermont which was caused by water erosion under the highway. Seems that after a heavy rain all the water funneled down the hillside and ended up in the same spot along the highway, worked it's way under a like magic... a sink hole would develop.

Well as it turns out, you were right about this one. Just caught the update on the 4:30 AM news. There had been some heavy downpours in the area causing some flash flooding. A city storm water drain under the highway (that flows out to the Merrimack River), burst. The hole has been repaired and is back open to traffic.

OK, so I didn't want to mention this 'til I knew it was really real, and we've gotten our hopes up too many times since November. But, the mortgage company DWifey has now been temping for on a 90 day temp-to-hire deal, bought out her contract and hired her as a permanent employee after only a month-ish...with, no joke, a 25% raise...!!!!!!! :joyfull: :)

Never give up! Never surrender! :D ;)

YEA!!!!! So happy for DWifey!!!  That's wonderful news!!!

Wow. Never read such an in-depth description of that section of the HM. It's amazing what I don't notice! ;)

Good morning, Figgy. I've been meaning to ask you, is the swimming pool you use closing on Labor Day? Don't know why, but this throught crossed my mind last night on my commute home from work. The community outdoor pool in my town (when I was growing up there as a kid) always closed on Labor Day.
Labor Day is the traditional last day. One year when it was quite warm into September it was open for 2 extra weekends. Hoping for that as July was so rainy
