as for me.. ALIENS!!!

Speaking of conspiracies.. reminds me a site I randomly arrived (after searching for the opportunity and the other rover's images) on google.
That site shows some photos that were "live" from the rovers.. and then they display next to what the photos are from the NASA website.
almost all of the images in the NASA website, shows some signs of photoshop editing.
And some supposedly non edited images.. are disturbingly funny and others scary.

The funny ones show.. Earth like stuff, like a lizard on the floor (which was removed on the NASA site photo lol)
It almost makes me wonder if the Rovers fail many times that they have to fake the images.
Or if there is really life in Mars, but NASA doesn't want to accept or show the public for now (so fundies and mentally unstable conspiracy theorists.. do not get even madder than they already are!)

That would make sense in the "we will have life in space in the next 25 years" announcement by NASA specialists.

my opinion?

When I was little we had one of these and that's what my older sisters learned to drive in. (There's over ten years between us.) I just remember how cool it was to ride around in the back and being able to face each other.

Those were the days. Hubby fell in love with the Buick LeSabre, I think it was an 8 cylinder, I just remember it had a lot of pick up!lol

I learned to drive an Oldsmobile Delmont 88 white 4 door 1967 She was a boat and a half, huge trunk and 8 cylinder engine. While we had a newer car but my Dad liked to drive this one down to Florida because it had so much room in the trunk and space for us to move around the backseat (nobody used seatbelts.) And this thing was fast with amazing pickup. When I got my first new car, my baby, my Mustang she was fast too but nothing like the Delmont, plus the Mustang felt like one of those microscopic mini electric clown cars after driving the Delmont for 2 years.

The year I had just got my licence my Dad needed a nap, Mom wouldn't drive the highway so he told me to just keep up with the semi in front of me. Thinking I was going about 90 mph when he woke up and said a *bad word* Me, the semi is still in front of me???? We made some real good time while he was asleep. He should have let me drive more and we would have gotten there a day sooner. ;)

I don't think my parents ever had a station wagon, but they sure did have large cars (I guess you'd call them sedans), that were either Ford or Chevrolet. All I remember was that we were a family of six and there was plenty of seating space for six.

Can't remember now, the last time that I was in a car that didn't have 2 bucket seats in the front. Growing up, that was more for sports cars, and all the family cars just had long seats front and back. :)

Yep, every car my folks owned when I was a kiddo had bench seats.
We never new there was anything else... ;)

My ex says Chevy is Cannot Have Expensive Vehicle Yet. My mom had an Olds 422 she drove into the ground and then some. We always said Old Lady Driving Slow. :joyfull:

Hahaaa...! I like those...! :)
But, again, what can y'all do with CHEVROLET and OLDSMOBILE...?! o_O ;)

Also, showing my total car geekdom again... :geek:
It was actually an Olds 442. It originally stood for 4 barrel carburetor, 4-speed (manual) transmission, dual exhaust.
In '65 they introduced a 400 cubic inch motor with an automatic tranny. For that incarnation it meant 400 cubic inch motor, 4 barrel carburetor, dual exhaust. :)
