in other news.. I got some therapy for my leg.
including a hot water massage with a 1 HP machine (like those used in sports).
It was ok at first then It DID HURT :/
It ends I have my muscles very inflamated and probably with fluids. Then I had a session of ultrasound.
gotta do simple exercises and go again on friday.

Wow, this is quite an ordeal you're going through. But in the end, you will do just fine. it's just getting to that point that's uncomfortable. :(

We're all pulling for your recovery here.

The fruits and veggie building was pretty cool too adjacent to the market building. For $10 we walked away with a medium sized watermelon, 3 huge honeydew melons and 12 ears of corn, oh and 4 pints of strawberries.

While we were buying fruit some dude got down on one knee and asked a young lady to marry him. Cheers throughout for the yes. I soooo wanted to know the backstory to the location.

What an unusual location for a proposal! :joyfull: Here's my guess: I'll bet the two of them randomly met each other there, and were dating for quite some time after that. The gentleman thought to himself, why not propose to her in the location where they first met. In that sense, I think it's very romantic. :inlove:

@betty rose , thanks for the wonderful pictures! It's so much fun after coming home from work, and "escaping" to WDW with you! Curious: you had a picture of the new Boathouse restaurant. Did you go eat there today, or were you just strolling by and taking pictures of some of the newer places at Disney Springs?

You also had some fun pictures of parades and Splash Mountain, as well as others.

I love your pictures!!
Walked by. It hadn't opened yet. About 9 39 AM.

Yup, I am at the right age for this to happen recovery-wise.

If a kid were to have this injury, they would put him/her in a cast so that they can't move it. Teens and adults they use a splint usually. So no cast. But still young enough that doctor thinks as long as it's not completely torn,

Thanks. :D To cover up the fact that I have really big hands, I pretty much wear polish all the time so my nails at least look pretty.

hmm, I dont think so.
the specialist said it was not a good idea to do much for now.
just to get started.. I'm still aching on the muscles.
I'm sorry, I must have taken a wrong turn here and somehow ended up in a Geriatric Chat Room. I'll move along to a more age appropriate area. ;)

Ha! I have!! :D But the few times that I did through the years, it was because there was a brief let-up in the waiting queue, so I could easily walk on the 2nd time, in about 10 minutes.

IaSW is among my earliest childhood memories. We first visited Disneyland in 68' when I was 6.
I also remember goin' on attractions like Mine Train Through Natures Wonderland, and Adventure Thru Inner Space.
Such great childhood memories...! :)
Did anyone else here ever get a chance to experience those last two, long extinct, attractions at DL back in the day...?
