So speaking of sushi and CA rolls (I also don't eat sushi except for CA rolls or anything else that's cooked) one of the things you pretty much can only get in Maryland is a Baltimore roll. It's like a CA roll, but they make it with local blue crab meat and add Old Bay to it. Some places make it differently. But it gives it something extra...

We have so much unique stuff here. 😂 Everything with crab in it (crab quesadillas anyone?) And if not crab, then Old Bay or something with crab dip.

This was my favorite last year at Camden Yards. French fries with crab on them...

There's also hot dogs and burgers with crab dip.

And of course, the classics. Crab cakes, crab balls, cream of crab soup, MD crab soup...I personally prefer crab balls over crab cakes and my favorite of all three is the MD crab soup (which is good because it's low cal...just crab meat, vegetables, and Old Bay).

And out of our non-crabby stuff, we have snowballs in the summer, which is basically like shave ice, but with different flavors, ice is chunkier, and we do marshmallow on top. Cocktail wise, it's Orange crush (not the stuff out of the can...yuck). And Old Bay on everything...
