We did the tour almost every visit for over 10 years and the guide can make all the difference. Most were great 2 not so much
True, but also the mood of the Elephants. I am saying that because my parents did Caring for Giants 2 times before 2019 and one of them had Elephants that didn't wanted to bothered for that tour.

At the same time, My parents did find out on one of the 2 tours that there was an Elephant that wanted to do training everyday. What was found that the elephants gets extra treats for training and that elephant only wanted to do training for treats.

We didn't get to see any training or anything. It was literally just the elephants that were out on the savannah that you would see by going on the Safari ride through, but it was from the other side of the enclosure. All it was was just watching them for a few minutes. There were about 15 people on the tour, and we all got to go up there and kind of take turns looking, but the view wasn't great. It depended on whether there were elephants out in that area. There was apparently no guarantee you would actually even SEE any elephants. We did see a couple, but the description of the tour had kind of made it sound like you would get to see them working with the elephants, like actually administering care....health checks, cleaning, feeding, and talk to some of the people who actually do that, but that wasn't it at all. It was just a guide who tells you some facts about the elephants, drives you on the backstage roads to this viewing point, you get out, view for a few minutes, get back in the bus, drive back, and that's it. Our guide was very knowledgeable about them, and he could tell them apart and such, but he wasn't one of the staff who cares for them, and we didn't get to talk to anyone who does, or see what they do with them. I learned a lot more about it from the Disney+ series about Animal Kingdom than I did from the tour we paid for.

what the heck happened with the site? ( I reloaded and now everything looks dark now )
Cesar, apparently there has been some sort of upgrade to the site. A few others have mentioned certain difficulties -- perhaps best to ask Steve (Forum Help and Announcements threads), how he suggests to navigate some of the updates. Other members have been discussing over there as well.
