For hubs' birthday today, we went to a Chinese restaurant. Had a whole slew of dishes on the table, and pigged out.

Anyway, I'm trying to make sense of the fortune, in the fortune cookie I received. It said, "Time to collect those goods." What goods, when? What kind of lame fortune is that?! Anyone have a clue? My guess is that they're using AI to write fortunes nowadays, and they're missing mark!

My mom babysits a couple of kids from her friend's daycare (daycare is closed on Fridays).

I went upstairs to grab a drink. As soon as I opened the door, both cats darted down to the basement.

Guess they aren't fans of the kids.

He needs more work. I honestly think they brought him up too soon. He didn't look nearly as good as Adley and Gunnar did, but he can get to where they are now.
